I just want to give a big shout out to Vernice McCoy at the Statham branch of Bank OZK. She got done with what I needed help on in three days as opposed to the branch manager not getting it done in four weeks after me checking in every week with her and her giving me excuses as to why I wasn’t getting answers. There was no trace of anything that I had already sent in so I had to start the process all over. I walked in on Monday to check on the business I was handling and was told she left the bank on Friday. I then spoke with Vernice and by Wednesday, I was getting answers and signing the papers on Thursday. Vernice will always be my go to person with anything that I have to handle at the bank. She deserves a metal, to be recognized ,and a raise in my opinion.

Not very helpful.....went to get something notorized as an account holder and they wouldn't do it.Some reason they told I couldn't understand.......Went to UPS and 5 minutes later I was done. But it cost me $9 to have 3 things notarized .....hope you get the same helpful service in life you gave me Bank OZK....ZERO
