“We just purchased a new vehicle from Akins Ford and it was hands-down the best and easiest car purchase we have ever made. Jessica was helpful, personable, well-informed, and at no point did I feel like I was being pressured to buy anything. She laid out the features of each of the vehicles we wanted to see in a factual way, not trying to push us into features we didn't really want. I feel like she just wanted to match us with the vehicle we both wanted and could afford, which was both refreshing and much appreciated.
We arrived on the lot fairly late in the day as we thought we were going to test drive only and make a decision later in the week, but we were so impressed by the vehicle that we pulled the trigger, and Jessica as well as the very friendly man who did all the paperwork stayed late to close the sale so we could take the car home that evening. I will be recommending Akins Ford and Jessica in particular to all my friends, and especially to my female friends. This is how car buying should be.”

Ray, the body tech, did some top-tier work. The vehicle turned out the same caliber as off the factory floor.
Being able to return the rental at the body shop was a nice feature as well.

I called S&K and spoke with Debbie who told me normally they don’t work on a car that someone else already done but they took a chance on me. Let me tell you how amazing they are. “We were passing through near Athens, in our 25 foot Winnebago Trend RV and needed to have a vibration/rattle evaluated and fortunately we were referred to Top Dawg. Though very busy Ramon went for a test drive with us to diagnose the problem which proved to be a rear "cupped tire". Jr ordered the tire , Jose installed it expertly and Ramon checked everything in the front end to make sure we could continue driving homeward safely and confidently. Friendly ,reasonably priced and expert service- Top Dawg is Tops!
