Thank you for getting out to me next day, I appreciate that a lot.The technicians that came out, Tyler and Anthony were professional, yet easy going, answered all my questions, and explained exactly how my system operates. I'm in a service industry, automotive, and I felt they treated me as I would treat my customers. That is something I don't see a lot, and Its their attitude that will keep me as a customer. Thanks!!

Absolutely stunning customer service, compassion and professionalism! My husband and I were faced with unexpected septic issues. The owner along with his staff were all very understanding, and knowledgeable within their profession. He along with the staff offered valuable information to look for in the future if the need arises. My husband and I feel very much privy to our septic tank expectations and what was the cause. It hadn’t been pumped prior to our purchasing the house three years ago.We were informed to give them a call if we had any further questions and/or concerns. We have a newer home and needed the septic tank pumped and checked. Matt, Tyler and Josh P came out and not only provided absolutely amazing service but their level of professionalism and knowledge was refreshing. There was no fluff or unnecessary sales pushed, they just provided the services that were needed and informed us on how to keep up with maintenance or routine services.So thankful for a wonderful company with honest values and integrity. These guys always do a great job! They do not try to "up-sell" on things that are not needed. Their prices are very affordable. No pun intended! They show up on time and are the nicest guys. I highly recommend Affordable Septic! They have also installed additional septic lines for us. Did a great job!
