Was 2 hours away from home on a Saturday when my family and I caught a flat tire. They got my tire swapped out and had me on my way home in no time at all. They were all so kind and professional. Highly recommend

5 visits in last 2 years. Very friendly especially Sean. And when Sean personally does the work he's good. But I've had all 4 valve stems replaced and all 4 tire pressure sensors replaced on one vehicle. 1 valve stem still leaks and have had to add air every few days since replaced there. And not even 6 months after all 4 tire air pressure sensors were replaced at different times the sensors ( batteries) are dead again. According to Ford the sensors should last at least 5 years with moderate driving/mileage per year. I guess the TPMS sensors they use are aftermarket, old stock or subpar units. As to the new valve stem replacement I think employees just go too fast to turn out work and do not properly seat the valve stems which leads to the brand new valve stem leaking right away. When you have issues like this as a knowledgeable Retired Auto Roadside Services Provider and a Loyal Customer of the business..... And you have these sorts of issues with the business. You eventually get tired of constantly making many 20 mile round trips and extra time out of your day on a tire service appointment that should have been done correctly the 1st time.Sean is a great guy and he himself does good work but he's also the boss/owner. Therefore I understand he has to deal with the phone calls, estimates, ordering from suppliers and getting tires from the warehouse. But the employees are going way too fast and taking shortcuts by not fully breaking down the tire from the rim to replace sensors and valve stems some times creates an issue. As I like most prefer their tires be mopped with the soap water solution all the way around the tire bead to ensure proper sealing between the tire & rim. As well when a customer tells you they sprayed soapy water around the base if a valve stem and it was bubbling ( a sure sign of leaking air ) then it should be sprayed with soapy water again after the new valve stem is installed to ensure the new valve stem is not leaking around the base against the rim. And always do a leak test in the water trough by dipping & rolling and inspecting the tire and rim for air bubbles while in the water. Especially on used or newer tires that come in with an air leakage issue.

Stay away from this shop. I took my truck here to get tire repaired for what I thought was a punctured tire. The guy that was jacking up my truck did not put a chock block behind the tire and almost had my truck roll back on top of him.. Took about 20 minutes for guys to do tire inspection and say they could not find any puncture or reason tire would be leaking air. The guy that started putting tire back on truck told me it would be $5, which I figured I'd have to pay for the labor, this isn't a big chain store after all. I crank truck up to check the TPMS monitor and see these folks have aired my tire up to 55 PSI (the other three tires were inflated to 38 PSI) 11 PSI over the max that the tire listed, which could have caused a major blowout had I hit a pothole or object in the road after leaving shop. When I get inside to pay, guy named Shabazz tries to charge me $7 for what I was just told would cost me $5, and would not honor the lower price I was told. Keep in mind, most shops will do for FREE what this shop is trying to charge for.Long story short: beware small local shops like this that do not have price listings and where the labor is hit or miss low quality. They will try and take advantage of people who they think don't know any better, but the business is who is hurt in the long run when people post reviews like this hoping to steer people away from shady businesses.

Amazing experience and customer service!!! I was stranded in statesboro on a tire that completely blew without a spare. This was one of the few tire places open, not only did they find the tires that I needed (which were unique to bmw) but spent hours trying to break free stuck lug nuts!!! They took such good care of me, my mother and daughter. I am so thankful for these men, a blessing for sure.

They are horrible! Nasty attitudes and every one looks as if they are on drugs. I had an oil change, my oil pan had to be replaced. They misplaced my dip stick and blamed it on me when they are the only ones that was doing work under my hood. I wasn't treated with respect and they did nothing to replace my oil dip stick. My vehicle is in bad shape because of these people. I would not recommend anyone going here. Really wish I could give no stars. They deserve none.

Got a nail in my tire the other day, but my spare was low on air. I changed over to the spare, limped over to these folks, and they patched the hole in my original tire, reinstalled the original wheel, and inflated my spare up to its proper pressure. I was in and out and back on the road quickly. The folks were kind and helpful, and the price was more than reasonable. Hopefully I don't need to use their services again, but if I do, I'll do so with peace of mind.
