Ms Dionne was so kind and extremely knowledgeable, and patient! I recommend if you come to this bank that you ask for her (:

I've been banking here for a long time now and it's always something that causes issues with my account. They never have an answer and they're extremely rude at this branch. I am definitley changing banks and i recommend anyone to do the same!

This bank is unbelievable! They closed my father's account with myself as the Power of Attorney. I tried to get out my father's money to pay his utility bills and they closed the account before I got back from the funeral. The BANK MANAGER said since he is dead - I am dead. What a way to talk to a customer. I called and complained to Wells Fargo and they wanted me to go into the bank and call them on the phone before the bank manager so that we can tell her - HER JOB over the phone because she does not know how to do this. I filed a complaint with the FDIC. Do not bank here...they will try and fight to keep your money. They will not give me my father's money even with my name on the account. What Frauds. BEWARE.

I had money ($15,000) here for almost a year. interest paid was ZERO. When i went to take it out, they charged me 10.00 for a bank check to get MY money back. "its our policy to charge 10.00 for a bank check"

Had to take my sister here so that she could get a new bank card after her old one got stolen, these people sent it to the wrong address, even when I gave the guy my phone which had my entire address written on it, he didn’t write my apartment number down AND messed up the street address! Took us months to figure out why she never got it!Only thing positive I have to say is that they were quick and speedy.

Absolutely AWFUL. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for years and I’ve never had problems until coming to statesboro. The bankers who answer the phone are not only terribly rude but also seem to have no idea what they’re talking about. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a bank, or any place of business. I called to have questions answered about my account and the end result was me driving to drain the account to avoid having to deal with these people anymore.

My son went to make 1 check deposit and they asked for his driver's license, and they forgot to give it back to him, caused so much pain and inconvenience for him to drive all the way home and come back so many miles worrying driving without license and to make things worse bank was closed when he went back to pick it up. He wasn't cashing the check, he was depositing just one check, why would they ask for his license, is this only bank in United states ask for drivers license when you make a deposit ? I never put bad review on anyone in 60 years, this is the first time and this was the worst experience I've ever had with any banks.

I had a great experience at Wells Fargo. I got assisted by Mr. Robert Brown, a well mannered and helpful banker. Mr. Brown had a lot patience with me, along with the problems I have going on with my account. I could also see that he was trying so hard to get the problem fix, but he did what he could and I thank him for all he does. I also love how welcoming the lady at the front door was. I will surely come back! Thank you for all that you do for us.

After being spoken to rudely by one teller & actually leaving the location, I came back with my sister who has an account with you all. The next teller tells us that our funds would be available in 7 days only to find out that she was “suppose” to say 7 business days. Due to compromised immune systems me nor my sister are able to work to decrease our chances of contracting Covid & was really hoping to have that money available to us today. People have late bills & other things to take care of during this pandemic yet you all feel “we’re sorry for the inconvenience” is suppose to halt bill collectors. You all need to work on customer service with your representatives in the branch as well as on the phone. I’m not even a customer of you all & I’m highly dissatisfied.
