I transferred my prescriptions on the website to the Northside Dr. Walker Pharmacy and a few days later I went to pick them up. They didn’t have me on file at either of the locations. When I said I wanted my prescriptions transferred, there was some confusion about transferring just two of my prescriptions. I just wanted two filled but all transferred. When I called this morning to check on my transfer and prescriptions and explained the situation, I was hoping for an apology for the confusion. I transferred to The alter because it is closer to my house and has good reviews. I sure hope it gets better or I am going somewhere else.

The staff is always so nice and helpful. They even call you to say happy birthday. They have great prices, even for those that don't have insurance, and some of the cutest gifts you can find!

The staff is welcoming and friendly. The pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are always glad to help with any questions. They even offer in-town delivery if you are unable to make it to the pharmacy. I would highly recommend!
