This Walgreens repeatedly miscommunicates about prescriptions saying they have sent the order but then when we come back they can’t find it. We have had to “send in order” for the same Rx 3 different times. I’m going on 3 weeks without my medication, so we are switching pharmacies. This has happened with other medications. They also do not update their information within the app regularly either. Whomever is the pharmacy manager here really needs to get it figured out.

the past 2 times i’ve went it took about 4 hours to get my prescription filled. they kept saying 15 more mins or 30 more mins. terrible experiences.

Every time I get a couple of my prescriptions filled here it like pulling teeth even my dr is getting really tired of trying to get it done it’s a every month prescriptions So it shouldn’t be a problem back when I lived in Sylvania it was never a problem and all heart medicines are no problem in statesboro it’s just 2 medicines that’s about to make me fine a pharmacy maybe I should drive back to Sylvania every month maybe y’all could get someone from Sylvania to show y’all how to run this place hopefully one day statesboro can get it right but I doubt it

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. They always put you on hold immediately and keep you on hold forever . I was on hold for 20 minutes today until I finally hung up!

Scheduled a COVID vaccine appointment, got there and they said they didn’t have the vaccine. Made excuses and blamed Walgreens corporate. Will never use or recommend that location.

This is my go-to pharmacy and I've never had an issue here with the pharmacy or with Fedex dropoffs. i do see a line during busy hours with just one cashier, so I try to go during off hours. The store sometimes won't scan buy one get one specials properly, so you better watch or else. The person I had didn't really care to even go check the shelf to verify the price, so I just paid full price rather than hold up the line. However, most of the staff are pretty good.

This place is the worst, try to buy online to pick up in store and so many items stay out of stock but then you go in the store and they have them on the shelf. Of course when you buy online you can use coupons and you get better prices as the store prices are higher. The manager (young man on duty) will not honor the same price or the coupons. Definitely not wasting my time with the store anymore. The lines are always crazy as well and they generally only have one cashier on.

We were in the drive thru to pick up a prescription. They finished with the person in front of us and by the time we pulled up to the window they had pulled a shade down and put up a sign that said they would not sell prescriptions or fill prescriptions. They apparently close from 1:30pm to 2pm for lunch. We were in line prior to 1:30pm and they saw us get into line prior to 1:30pm but refused to serve us. The absolute worst! We will not he returning! This place is a joke!!

I was told the wait for my Dad’s prescription to be filled would be 15 mins. We’ve now been sitting here for over an hour and everyone in the pharmacy looks like they have no idea what they are doing. I came back to the counter to check on the prescription and they couldn’t find my Dad’s information in the system...
