I was in Statesboro for the weekend and I had an emergency situation with my phone that needed to be fixed immediately. The kindest representative, Katie, helped me and she was so professional and patient with me. She resolved my issue efficiently and quickly, while ensuring I didn't have any questions or concerns. Being assisted with customer service skills as excellent as Katie's really made my day. Totally recommend this store and if you can, REQUEST KATIE!! You won't regret it!

We took my trade in to this store but needed to take it to the Buckhead store where I did the upgrade, Mario was so kind and helpful with this, when I realized the mistake the Buckhead store employee was very unhelpful with getting it all straightened out and just didn’t want to help us at all. Definitely will be coming here in the future!
