Poor system of checking customers inPoor customer serviceCaucasian’s are greeted at the highest level to include patience, and African Americans are treated very rude! I stood watching how the store was operating… there for over 50 minutes. Was referred to Tim whom has been there for 20 yrs according to him. He really need to be retrained on how to talk to customers.. I ask him for the actual Verizon store/facility number and he told me to call the 800 number to obtain that! I proceeded to ask other associates the store number as well and non of them was aware! Awaiting a call from corporate due to this is unsatisfactory

Poor management. Poor customer service. Sad to see a business ran so inefficiently. It should not take 60 minutes to be seen. Please, for all the people with Verizon who live in the Beautiful city of Statesboro, do better. We deserve to have a somewhat functional place to buy a phone. This store makes me want to change my phone service . There’s an air of arrogance, and “I’ll get to you when I get to you” type atmosphere. Also, this is consistent, not an off day. EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve been in this store, this has been my experience. It gives Verizon a bad name. What a shame…

Went in to trade daughter’s phone today for newiPhone. We were greeted by Jazz who proceeded to efficiently go through our options, advise on purchase, and explain new billing/ costs. We were treated with professional courtesy and J made the transition easy. It took awhile to transfer ( a lot of photos) but she called me as soon as it was finished. The only reason not 5 stars is because Verizon in general has had service issues lately. Statesboro store is new, well stocked, with people who are willing to provide service.

A Tim sold us what we didn't need & specifically told him we didnt want it. First bill arrived with all the bells & whistles. Slowly trying to whittle down huge monthly bill. Overpriced! It is impossible to make contact by phone. Any number you find is only a loop. Same recording over & over. It's called a MONOPOLY for a reason. When in Statesboro store, it's sad to see the salesperson running the scam on old folks! No shame by these people!!

My 1 star review is technically kind. Only because it won’t rate lower. Anywhere that has 8+ employees and a 40 or so minute wait time is already off on a bad foot. Last month went in to resolve my bill that was 100$ too high. They looked at me straight in the face and said they do not handle billing issues there. Like excuse me?

Verizon has confusing pricing in the store. They will show plans for four cells phones but not real clear about the test of us. Long waits and odd customer service. I've been in three times and added to wait list only once. People would come in behind me with me standing right there at wait number and they would greet and check in the people behind me! This happened twice and I was in sweats the first time and dress clothes the second. The third time was to pick up my phone and I was greeted but still had to wait 15 minutes... to pick up a phone. And not busy at all. Ticked me off! Calling Verizon is definitely a better way to go!

Terrible customer service. The phone I got wasn’t even activated, the number that was given wasn’t even available so I had no phone for the weekend. Great job.
