I pen this review as a warning to prospective buyers who may be considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.A few months ago, I made the grave mistake of purchasing a vehicle from Dan Vaden Nissan. To my dismay, the car broke down within a short period of time. Frustrated but hopeful for resolution, I approached their service department, only to be met with indifference and apathy.Every attempt to have my concerns addressed and my vehicle repaired was met with resistance from the dealership's management. They dodged their responsibility, offering empty apologies and failing to take any concrete action to rectify the situation. It was evident that customer satisfaction was the least of their concerns.Moreover, their reluctance to admit fault and their refusal to stand behind their product further demonstrated the dealership's lack of integrity. My repeated efforts to reach a resolution were met with cold shoulders and evasive maneuvers, leaving me to bear the burden of a broken-down vehicle that should have never malfunctioned in the first place.Dan Vaden Nissan's deplorable customer service and blatant unwillingness to honor their commitments have left an indelible mark on my perception of them as a business. I am appalled by their lack of ethics and their callous disregard for their customers' plight.In conclusion, I wholeheartedly advise against purchasing a vehicle from Dan Vaden Nissan. I took my car to them cause it ran hot ! not only did they not fix it but I only drove it twice before it ran hot again but now it's smoking!! I paid them nearly 1500 dollars for them not to fix my car last July 22 it has just been sitting in my yard .. til I can have someone else to fix it

BUYER BEWARE! I would also give zero stars if it was an option. My daughter-in-law purchased a vehicle from this place about 7 months ago and they have been trying to figure out what's wrong with the vehicle ever since she purchased it. They continue to say they don't know what is wrong with the vehicle but refused to replace the vehicle. The vehicle has not worked properly since she owned the vehicle. Also, telling her the parts are unavailable or they no longer make the parts. They are no longer trying to resolve the problem with her vehicle and have left her with a LEMON! Stay away from Vaden Nissan!!!

I have been doing business with Nissan Service Department for 4 years. Every time they have been professional, and the work that was performed was done correctly the first time. I am grateful for Marty, Kelly, and the Service Department Team! I give God glory for guiding me to the right place to purchase my first new car and for all my car's service needs!

Took my 2010 nissen in and paid for the first fix and it didn't get fixed. Went back and they said it was something else. Paid for that and it didn't fix the problem. We finally had to pick the car back up and take it to another shop. This place is NOT friendly for college students.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Part starting falling off my car for literally no reason. Service guy argued with me that insurance should cover it not warranty. Wasn't even willing to hear me out. Horrible service.

I wouldn't give any stars or negative stars if possible. Don't buy their warranty plan, it never covers anything. They've had my car for going on 4 months. They kept saying the parts were on backorder, we just found out that was a lie. They owed the place that the parts were coming from money ($12) that was past due, so they wouldn't send the parts for my car. After 3 1/2 months of having the car, they finally said they had it running....then while they were working on it they did something that caused a fuse to blow. Now it isn't running again and are telling me that "I" will have to have it towed to another dealership to get it fixed!!! They also don't like to return calls when you're trying to get a status update. Stay far far away from Vaden Nissan of Statesboro!!! Worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership hands down.

Each and every person here was so nice and helpful to me (especially as a brand new car owner). Dealerships have a bad rep for trying to take advantage of unknowledgeable customers but not this place. I was able to get exactly what I wanted done for the best price in town.Services: Tires
