Morgan and Moe !!! Great Service they simply are the best!! I will tell everyone I know abut these two ladies!! Outstanding guest service and they both deserve an award for it. The Manager I believe was the GM was awesome , she was engaging with the guest as well. 5 star service!!!

Stephanie was so helpful helping me pick out lip stick. She got me to venture outside of my comfort zone and I am so happy and I would not have this gorgeous lipstick if it wasn’t for her. I ended up getting both that we discussed and a plumper. She made my Ulta experience exceptional.

From the perspective of someone searching desperately for my girlfriend's favorite lipstick, which in Statesboro is only sold at Ulta, I cannot say enough about how amazing this place is. Jay, in particular, went above and beyond to assist me in locating items that worked with my coupon and even called and located the last Stila "Beso" Lipstick within like a hundred miles and had the Pooler location put it aside for me. This wasn't the first time the ladies here have had to hold my hand while I did my best - they're all amazing and, again, Jay was a life saver.

I went in the store the other day to get my girlfriend some makeup. I got some great help from Jules. She did an awesome job. I was completely impressed with her customer service and will be returning in the future.

Went to pick up a few brow/eye products the other day and was met by JULES at the front counter. She had an amazingly positive attitude and helped me tremendously when dealing with the transaction. Fantastic employee!! Loved my visit!

Caitlyn at was absolutely fantastic. I had an issue with a recent purchase and she went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue and get a new product. She was so patient and kind during the entire interaction. I cannot say enough amazing things about her!
