i've had tires done here, which took all day and involved a drop off. i know they are always busy, there are cars always in the lot and that's probably great for business. but i have to go to other shops in town because i cannot wait that long or drop off at 7 am with the "hopes" it is done by close. they are losing a lot of business opportunities for sure

How refreshing to have an auto repair shop that doesn’t try to take advantage of you! Total tire fixed my in-laws vehicle quickly and at a very reasonable price. Didn’t try to upsell anything, just fixed his vehicle. Great job Total Tire! Thank you!!!

They took care of my wife when she was alone and needed help with her AC unit and treated her fairly. And then help install LED headlights and high beams on to our Tahoe and give us an honest price

I'm still waiting to get my truck back. I put it in in late December and it's February 20 now. They said it would take a few weeks to replace and reprogram the under-the-hood computer, which they had to send off somewhere else to have done. I suspect that the problem wasn't so much the computer as it needing a new fuel filter, but that wasn't their diagnosis. If I had known it would take this long, I probably would've tried somewhere else.
I need my truck back. It's taking way too long for them to do this.

Love this place. I have been a customer since I started college in 2020 and they are the only tire place I trust. They have helped with every car I’ve had. The employees have great customer service and are always very friendly, kind, and honest. Also, the prices are always great and they work quickly.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place has extremely poor customer service to say the least and would NOT recommend to ANYONE. I hate to throw it out there but I honestly don't know if it was because I'm black or what?? I'm not the one to use the race card but I honestly have no clue why they decided to be so rude. I've literally never been treated like this at any mechanic shop EVER. The shop tampered with my window switch, which wasn't even the reason why I brought my car in, and did not want to accept responsibility. Then at the last resort this guy named JOSH ATKINS (or at least that's the name he gave me and he didn't want to give me his name btw) started yelling and called me a liar. I don't know if he's the owner but he did a great job at making that business look extremely unprofessional. AGAIN I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE NO MATTER YOUR COLOR. Thats just unacceptable.AVIOD AT ALL COST!!!
