I would give zero stars if possible. When we picked up the U-Haul, the person who was supposed to help us was incredibly rude, arrogant, and dismissive. It took him a while to even acknowledge us, but when another individual who wasn't a person of color (P.O.C.) arrived, he quickly greeted them warmly. When he finally greeted my parents, they had questions about the paperwork, and he responded rudely, showing no interest in providing clarification. His attitude was snarky, and he seemed indifferent to helping us in any way. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend this service.

Edit: So instead of the $80 we had contracted with them, it is now going to be several hundred.
Tried to rent a uhaul, they listed only 15' truck, get to the lot, there's two 10' and a12' as well as two trailers and a pickup. Called uhaul support and this seems like a regular thing for this location. Just go anywhere else instead of relying on them for anything important. They clearly don't care about their customers, and will leave you high and dry when you need it most.

Scheduled an appointment just to be put on hold and then hung up on. Called back several times to never be answered, finally on the 8th time got told they "ain't got it bossman" then hung up again.

Hunter King at one time when he had his own other business before you started doing this before he gave me Great deals on CD players when I had a problem with my Ford explorer and so he's the best guy I can do business with that's why he gets the the biggest star numbers he needs go Seminoles

This is a Uhaul dealer. Don’t do it. They show that they have trucks available, and when you get there, you wait for 45 minutes on the phone with customer service trying to find a rental in statesboro. Unprofessional and ridiculous.

Had to get a new tire today and I wanted to go to a mom and pop shop and that’s exactly what this is like. Locally owned. They got me a new tire on within 30 minutes and I was out. Great people and great conversation also. BRAND NEW tire on a ram installed for $169 out the door. Can’t beat that. Highly recommend!

We got a puncture on I-16 around 8:15am on Saturday Dec 23 so we mounted the spare and navigated ourselves toward Statesboro - Our first time visiting. Called a couple tire shops but got no answer. We saw The Tire King on the map and drove in just before 9am. We were rolling out with a plugged tire only about fifteen minutes later. Excellent, inexpensive and IMMEDIATE service got us back on our way. Thank you!

This place is hands-down, the best tire shop I’ve ever been to in my life. I own a used car dealership in Sylvania Georgia. I have been using them since they have opened I send all of my customers and all of the vehicles I purchased to them. The staff is all amazing and very experienced. Ask for David he’s the man but not only do they do tires. They also do mechanic work stereo systems, and much more on top of U-Haul rentals. It’s literally your one stop shop.
