This place is horrible. They take forever to contact you back when it comes to a mistake THEY MADE. They charge you for things that aren’t on your account. They also give you late fees for not paying your bill when they messed up and over charged your account. They always look for some way to charge and scam you out of money. Do not use this company. Specifically the Statesboro stockyard location. Horrible customer service.
(7/2/24) I would like to add to my original review that they have rectified their mistake and apologized. So I am going to upgrade my review from the original one ⭐️ and make it a three ⭐️. Even though I didn’t appreciate the fact I went through the whole ordeal, I do appreciate the effort made by the lady who reached out to actually fix the problem was greatly appreciated.
