I’ve spent around 1500$ at this place, and all I had to show for it was a missing car jack and a car that still didn’t run. They charged me close to 1500$ in total for a lot of parts I didn’t need for my car, and it turns out all I really needed was a starter motor. You would think for a place that charges 100$ an hour that they would have more knowledgeable competent workers! They even accidentally drained my battery and tried charging me for a replacement! My car jack also went missing and the one they gave me as a replacement is a cheap crappy one! Seriously don’t go here, these people don’t know what they are doing and they charge way too much for the quality of work they do!

I skimmed reviews prior to writing this and it saddens me to see this company allow their employees to do business on their grounds, during their operation hours, yet refuses to be held accountable for it.
I too (as a similar comment below) engaged with Joshua about a used set of tires. These tires were old and dry-rotted to the point the tire shop I chose to do the install, refused to. I reached out to Joshua and explained what transpired in hopes that he would do good business and refund me. He ignored my message about the reimbursement and hasn’t responded since. I would suggest anyone in the future to avoid this establishment for used tires and take your business elsewhere to avoid what seems to be a trend with Joshua.
For this business owner, you are a reflection of your staff, just as they are a reflection of your establishment. Take responsibility for their actions or stop allowing them to conduct outside business on your grounds. Who you employ and allow to take advantage of people without repercussions or accountability, speaks volumes about your character, the establishment as a whole and the leadership (or lack there of).

So we came by to pick up
a vehical for our car hauling company. Turns out that one of vehicals was having issues getting up the ramp, and Shawn went out of his way to help us load the vehical up, after he was already off work. A real Samaritan ?. Great guy, great service and just a great expirence. We are all the way from NJ and the hospitality is second to none. Shawn also is a very cool person, open minded, and can adapt to your needs:)

My car was towed to their parking lot but they lost my keys and I asked them what they were going to do about it and they said they were not responsible for anything and it was very irresponsible.

Brought my 2003 Acura in for a brake inspection because my wheel Was making a squealing noise. I was told my brakes are just fine, not a problem and great condition. I drive for eight minutes, The squealing noise comes back. I brought my car in the very next day and told me that they must’ve overlooked my rear brakes because they Need to be replaced. No one actually checked my brakes. Yet they still charge me $415 to change two caliber hoses, A $200 job. I don’t recommend them, their technicians It’s obvious their technicians need to be trained correctly.

These guys have been great. We had some issues with previous places we used and had no luck getting our problems fixed. Calls would go in answered and vehicles not properly repaired. One visit to these guys and it was done. The service was second to none. For almost a year now we have been sending our business to them. We couldn't be happier. Thanks for looking out for Wilco construction and our fleet of vehicles.

Took a month for the work to be done. Had to take the truck back twice after they did not secure bolts appropriately. Still have a different sound in my steering I didn’t have before taking it to them but don’t want something else messed up so I will be taking it somewhere else. This was also the second time I’ve taken my truck there. First time same experience. Had to take the truck back after they replaced my front end because bolts were not securely fastened.

I asked several local shops if they worked on old cars and did alignments on old cars.
Statesboro Tire and Brake said yes and they came recommended by a few friends.
Not only did they diagnose my issues correctly, they repaired them at a fair price.
The ole Vette drives great and now the hard starting issue is gone.

Best automotive shop in town hands down! Very knowledgeable mechanics, correct and honest assessments of any issue you may have. Customer service is fantastic and price range is awesome compared to other shops.

I went to Statesboro Tire and Brake for a diagnostic on a check engine light and fluctuating temperature gauge. After a day and some change they told me that I needed a new radiator, water pump, new motor, and I blew a head gasket totaling $4750 in repairs. I opted out, as I felt the car wasn't even worth that much so I went to pick it up.
When I went to pick it up from the repair shop, it didn't start. They "tried" jumping the car off but it didnt crank. I was told that the oil and coolant mixed so it was gone and beyond repair other than a brand new engine. I said I'd call AAA to pick it up and the guy tried to buy the car off me for $150 saying "that's sbout how much I'd get for parts anyways". Being that that sounded fishy, I opted out and let AAA come. The AAA guy came, and he jumped my car off (after the repair shop's attempt) and I was able to drive it home. I had another technician look at my car and he confirmed the radiator issues but found no blown head gasket or bad motor. My coolant had not mixed with oil, and my car wouldn't start because of a bad starter.
In the end I was told my car had $3000+ more in damages than it really did. I feel that is dishonest and to try to buy my car off me for $150 thinking I would go for it was highly insulting as well. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.
