the staff is helpful and efficient.
I had an emergency with my dog Karlie and they were helpful to get her help in the middle of the ight. Then when I needed a recheck from Savannah Hoap they saw Karlie with out previous apointment. They explained a program to help keep her healthy and I was well pleased.

I am new to the area and planned to find a vet for my whole pack of dogs when they needed their annual visit. I have an elderly dog who declined extremely quickly and I tried to call the office, and their phone wasn't working so I got a baby sitter and got my girl in the car (she lost function of her back legs, and she is 50 pounds) and just drove to a highly recommended vet. I walked in, in tears and was carrying my girl and they immediately got me in a room, with a comfortable bench for my girl to lay on with blankets to prop her head on. They were quick, evaluated her and said "she is in rough shape, but I think we can give her a chance", so that is what we have done. They were amazing and we have a PLAN :)

I am so thankful for Dr. Ben and his vet tech. They were so compassionate and patient with me while I made one of the most difficult decisions for my dog.

We were able to walk in on a saturday morning and be seen very fast. All the staff was friendly and very helpful they took great care of my cat and made sure we had everything we needed to get him better and get us back home! Happy healthy kitty!

Dr Ben NeSmith takes care of all my fur babies. Lily is a year old now rescued from our woods at four weeks old and is princess of our house! Bless to have Doctor Ben and his staff take such good care care of of all my animals. Jackie Butler

We use Dr Moore, who is very experienced and knowledgeable. The staff are great as well. We board our dogs here, too!

I went in with my dog because he was not feeling well. The front staff was very kind and friendly and concerned about my dog. The vet tech was rude and made many comments re: my dog. He wasn’t there for her to make rude and hurtful comments to me. If you don’t like my dog then find someone else to take him back to the vet.
The vet was kind and was very patient with Jack. I realize we all have bad days but if you can’t say anything nice do not say anything.
