Did not like my haircut looks horrible and did not get what I showed in a photo or anything close to it. It was a long wait after I was already checked in online and was there 7 minutes early had to wait over a hour even when the website said it would be 5 minutes. Hair cut got interrupted and I was just sitting in chair paying for the highest perk/haircut option and I just had to sit there with my hair half cut just waiting 20 minutes while she went to front of store to type info in for a customer that came up in the middle of my hair cut.

Great place and everything, but what I asked for was never done. And I’m never rude and just say something in the middle of cutting but I did not like it at all. I needed a quick cut before a concert now I’m upset I even went to go. First and last time here.

Got my almost 12 year old son's haircut by Kara and she did a fabulous job on his hair. She gave him exactly what he asked for. She gave him the fade and length he wanted to his military hair cut. He has super thick poofy type of hair and every place I've ever been to have never even attempted or thought of trying to thin it out, well she did just that and it looks so good! She really knows what she is doin when it comes to hair cuts. My son was super happy with his hair cut and my son was so happy with how she treated him as well. He couldn't stop talking about how nice she was and how good of a job she did after we left. She was very professional and delivered an amazing haircut. She was such a sweetheart and so kind to my son, she made him feel so comfortable, and she was very kind to me as well. I will be returning in the future for her services! She is a top-notch barber! I can't say enough about how amazing Kara is! Super thankful we found a phenomenal person and barber!

i like that they print out and remember exactly how my haircut gets done so i don't have to ask or remember. i also like that there is a sheet with pictures you can pick the number from. other Sports Clips don't have this and seriously want me to find a pic on my phone while they wait. I don't care about my hair style "that" much but i guess some guys do. most of the staff look overworked and the wait time on the app is often 3 to 4 hours if you get on first thing when they open. i'm not sure why this location is so busy. I'm often left going to other locations simply because i can drive there faster than having to wait here. the MVP shampoo and hot towel is pretty good, the massage gun is too short and pretty much worthless but nice try. oh and PS , i like that they don't try to trim my eyebrows. because someone at the Augusta location did even when i said i didn't need it (i think they were really bothering her for some reason), and then that section of my eyebrow started to grow back super long and now i have to maintain it. it had never been a problem in my life until then.

So these folks are awesome. We had an issue with my credit card being charged twice. Michelle the manager went out of her way to make it right and fix the problem. She was responsive and professional. Good honest people here who give good haircuts. We need more businesses like this.

The staff is always friendly here, and they always treat me well. The service is top notch, and every stylist I've had cuts my hair perfectly. Although i do try to stick to one particular stylist, sometimes the wait doesn't mess with my schedule, so i go with a different one. Sport Clips is my goto place no matter where I am at when I need a haircut.

This is an excellent place to get a haircut. The stylists are all good. I will say that I prefer for Riley or Michelle to cut my hair but all of them are great. Its just these two seem to have more experience and are very personable.
