I received a polo shirt in the mail that had a slight stain on it. I explained to them I tried to get it out and that I was unable to do so. Very quickly after sending an email customer support representative William Martin was able to send me a replacement shirt that day! I received a fitted GS hat as a Christmas gift. I loved the hat, but it was way too big. Contacted Southern Exchange and was helped by William. The hat I really wanted wasn't available in my size but I was able to find another one they were able to exchange for me. They shipped my new hat along with pre-paid shipping label to return the old one. Could not have been a more pleasant process. Thanks William and Southern Exchange for taking care of your customers. Go see them for a great selection, fair prices and top notch customer service. I know I will the next time I'm in Statesboro!
