I literally sat in line for 25 minutes for an Açaí bowl that I never received but did order. The cashier didn’t even have the courtesy to let me know, that I’ll be with you in second or I’ll take your payment in a moment. I won’t be back here for awhile

Yo, Mya Bailey left a one star review because no one told her the store was closed while she was waiting at the drive thru line. She legit expected someone to be on the intercom to tell her the store hadn't opened yet! I love Smoothie King!!! Get the Pineapple Surf!!!

Every time I come here it doesn’t matter if there’s only two vehicles in the line, I know I’ll be waiting for my drink for 15+ minutes. I waited 20 minutes today!

The smoothies are delicious, however the two females in there this morning are unprofessional. There is a hand written sign that says to come inside and place your order...no big deal. You go inside and they are both wearing drive thru headsets ??♀️. They don't even acknowledge the fact that I've walked in or even ask how can they help me. Thankfully, I had an online order...but even then she died not place my order in the hood just put it on the counter and didn't ask if I was the correct person for that order. Just horrible customer service all together. Which is back because that will eventually draw people away from this establishment.

Sat in the line for 15 mins because the speaker was broke got to the window and spoke with a man named Josh and he barely acknowledged what i was saying as he was taking my order and I specifically asked him for the Gogi bowl and not to add honey or coconut and sure enough after waiting and 20 mins I got a blueberry banana bowl totally off from what I order. Then two nice girls came and asked me what I order and I told them. AND SURE ENOUGH THEY BRUNG ME A BOWL WITH COCONUT AND HONEY ALL OVER? it’s actually kinda funny because I was the calmest ever after waiting almost an hour in line. Definitely recommend having people who comprehend in the window. Just saying.

They truly have the best smoothies but, it take exactly 30 minutes ,m or more to get your smoothie. There are never enough employees or drive thru is broken. It is too small. They really need to consider a big place and add more employees. Do not know if it is management or the actual owners that are creating and not fixing the problems with service.

It was my first time at Smoothie King and I had no idea what to order. Sinclaysia helped me decide what I wanted and ran me through everything on the menu. She was a great help and the smoothie was awesome!

Not sure what is going on here lately but two times in a row I’ve bad smoothies. I was given the wrong side and wrong size and today they didn’t blend the pineapple or the ice well enough that I can’t get it through the straw. Very frustrating as these are NOT cheap drinks and I can’t even enjoy it.

Stopped to get a smoothie tonight , and had the best service ever :-) Sinclaysha was probably the sweetest person I have ever met! She was super friendly taking my order, it took a minute for my smoothie to get out so she gave me a free upsize which made my day and most importantly she made my smoothie perfect !

The staff were very helpful in helping me pick out a smoothie! Highly recommend the Smoothie King in Statesboro. They sponsor Georgia Southern student athletes and have a great influence in the Statesboro community!

I've never had an issue with the quality of the smoothies here, but the Employees need to be re-trained. Twice now I've placed my online order only to arrive at the store and find it still closed. I know it's a small town and stuff happens, but whoever closes should turn that system off, and the opener should turn it on. I know this can be done because I've had other stores do it.
