“Amazing customer service!! This was the only place that had available units, at a reasonable price, when to move on a super tight timeline. I called and got everything set up over the phone super easily. When we were moving things out, I thought I'd lost the keys to one of my locks, and the guys were quick to offer assistance and even offered to run to Lowes and get a lock cutter. Luckily I found my keys pretty quickly, but still just so helpful and kind. I completely forgot to officially notify them we had emptied our units so I got charged for another month, but as soon as I called to ask for a refund, they said yes - no questions asked!”
