The store is a mess. Employees sit back talking to each other hidden from view. Thought I was alone in the store until I overheard a totally inappropriate conversation. I'm just glad I didn't have my daughter with me.

Store was bright, and clean. Tons of wonderful looking clothes. And they have jewlery, sunglasses, undies, and belts too!(they have the markings on the floor so you can be sure you're 6 feet apart for Covid compliance, if you are wondering)

I was in the mall today 10/29 and walked past Rue21 & heard music full of profanity. I remember hearing the words “b!tches & h0es” from the music being played over the speakers. Smh there are families and children in the mall, this is not what should be played for everyone to hear.

Back then they would have elegant clothes, beautiful blouse, pretty much something for everyone, now they only have very litte to choose from.. Biggest let down is that they don't even have a clearance section at all any more!
