Someone busted out my rear passenger window, I took my truck up there and even though they were closed for Storm Debby, there was a couple guys there. They had me pull in where they vacuumed up all the glass and covered the window w/plastic until my window came in.. They are some of the nicest people I've delt with. Highly recommend them.. Awesome service! One of their technicians came out and took the measurements for the splash guard in my clients shower. I came and picked it up and then installed the glass it fit perfect! Thank you so much. 10/10

I was driving down the interstate and a rock hit my windshield. I called Rick’s glass and they were able to work me in right away. They fixed my windshield quickly and at such a reasonable price. Thanks Rick’s Glass!

I had appointment on a Friday. I get up here, very rude, they act like they didn't remember the appointment, then she finally told me how long it would take to get the windshield fix. I was ok that. I left I was gone 15 minutes and she called me back and said that they couldnt
fix it today and I would have to wait another day, even though I already took off for this Friday. Then the manager kept looking at me like he never seen a black person before. Never again would I go again!!!!!

Amazing custome service, they helped me file the insurance claim, took care of all the necessary paperwork and had my windshield replaced and back on the road in under 90 minutes. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

They were done when they said they would be. So far looks great! They even put my oil change sticker back on.

Rick's Glass made several marks on dash board. The cowl was not placed back in properly. They said they would take care of it. "Make it right with you" was the managers words that day. I checked around for several places on Statesboro for estimates. Only 2 places would fix it. One for $2710 and the other for 4700. Rick's Glass would only pay $1900 for it. I had to come up with the rest. Well I, ( initials H.S. ) am on a fixed income and it will take me a long while to get the rest of the money up to get it repaired at the place of my choice. I asked Rick Glass (through the BBB) to mail me the check and I will get it fixed when I get the rest of money. They said no! They will only pay the shop directly and then they want the old dash to recoup some money. Bad Business! Don't go there!
