Where do I start with the issues? An employee with dyed red hair stopped me a month or so ago because he didn’t see me scan everything and the receipt printer wasn’t working. I ended up putting back all but one thing, then when I got back home I looked at my bank to see I had been charged the entirety of the purchase - $18.36 - not once, but TWICE. $37 is an outrageous price to pay for the tiny bag of doritos he “allowed me to take”Went back the next week when there was a sale (buy one get one) on the monster coffee drinks; I rung them up, put in my number, and no discount applied. I asked the employee - a woman - about it and she insisted it would take the discount when I pressed check out. It didn’t. I tried to tell her this and she ignored me and continued to loudly talk to her coworker who just walked out of the other room.Not sure why I keep trying to give this location another chance

I stopped there tonight 11/18/23 , bought a lemonade ...heading home - kept getting little plastic pieces from my drink ( could be the ice or lemonade) ...called the number provided- to let someone know..the number listed here is not a working number...

Only stopped for gas. Property is nice and clean, but it can be hard to enter or exit during peak hours.

I don't care where I visit Parkers in town or out of town, they never have the fluid solution or water to clean your windshield. It will be the brush and container there to clean a windshield. But everyone I've been to have been empty. I would Parkers remove the items if they are not available to use properly.

The lady behind the counter was more worried about having a conversation than customer service. She rudely states that her job was just to manage while people used self checkout. There was an extremely long line. This lady has done this multiple times. She never offers assistance, and her attitude is always horrible. Something needs to be done. This happened at around 10:30 to 10:45 on August 13th, 2023. Maybe someone from actual management should step in and take corrective actions.

The customer service their is none, nasty dirty store inside and out never a receipt at the gas pumps.i think this store has sanitation problems.

Just had an altercation with two employees here...ran inside to purchase sodas for a car full of teenagers. I'm practically being forced to use the self check-out kiosk. I inadvertently double-scan a 12-pack of Cokes (with a heavier 15-pack of Dr. Pepper in the other hand). Frustrated, I tell the young lady "I just rang this up twice...I hateusing these things...this isn't my job...here, You ring it up. She's counting coins and tells me NEXT time, I would have to go to the other end(?). I pay up, and in the most polite way I know how, told her "Perhaps NEXT time you should ask the customer 'how can I help you?'". Immediately, a young man nearby (seemingly in a supervisory role), said angrily "that's what I'm here for", to which I responded "Why didn't you say something?". At which point the lady said "and besides, YOU rang it up twice - that's on YOU, so GET OUT!". I'm like "no problem, but there won't be a NEXT time for me". This is less an indictment on Parker's (except for their lack of training and poor representation), and more on today's work force - entitlement and NO customer service, whatsoever. I recognize I'm being a little bit like a "Karen", but that's the first time ever that I've been told to get out.

I come up here a couple times a week, either in the afternoon or in the middle of the night (yeah i stay up late so what wanna fight about it!?).There's at least three people that work here I'm glad to see, and they have always been friendly. I personally haven't had a bad customer service experience here yet. I understand it's not an easy job either!The self-checkout area is not terribly efficient. It seems to have been designed as best it could be while fitting within a limited space.I've gotten food at the kitchen a handful of times and it's been good. A little expensive but not any more expensive than anywhere else.

Food is waste of money..not good at all. Needs better flavor in my opinion. Very clean inside, but straws are laid out and all hands touch it. Unsanitary

I always stop at a Parkers if I need anything. We were at the one in Claxton Ga and my card would not work in the pump. One of the employees came out to the pump and got it to work for me. I was so thankful. I wish I had gotten his name but I fail to.I have not had any problems with my card since .

Cigs at 5am no questions asked is how all of these gas stations should be! Thank god for Parker's!
