If you want better customer service like O’Reilly usually offers, visit their other location in Statesboro. Friendlier and more knowledgeable employees, and most helpful when you are handicapped and need special assistance.

After going to three auto parts stores in town, I decided to stop at O’Reilly‘s. I wasn’t sure what the part I needed was called, but when I walked in Willie was quick to help. Knew the exact part I needed without looking it up. He was amazing my new auto parts store from now on great job Willie keep up the good work. You’re very knowledgeable.

they sold me a mirror that does not work for my car, were very rude and unhelpful when I told them what was wrong and would not let me return it. I told them the exact make and model and they sold me a part thag did not work. the people at AutoZone next door were so much nicer and more helpful. go there, not O'Reillys.

They are very helpful and friendly. Been there a few times to have my battery checked out and on the last visit I ended up getting a new battery. I definitely will go back there.

My daughter lives 5 hours away and all her brake lights were out. She went to 3 places and all said they could not or would not help her. She went to O'Reilly's and Willie helped her get the correct bulbs, then even went above and beyond and replaced them for her. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity.

I came in for a light bulb it was busy Joe still managed to help me he even put it in thanks soo much customer service at its best
