I’ve been 3 times. Once for my kids and 2 times for myself, (once for glasses and once for contacts). The prices are fair compared to other business. The doctors were great. Very pleasant to work with. The girls who fit you for glasses were very nice. The girls with the contacts were very nice and very patient. Today I went to pay for contacts and again the girl who did the contacts was very nice.. The cons, the ladies at the front desk are rude and snarky. I don’t want to say all of the ladies, bc I didn’t deal with all of them but I’m not sure the lady’s name I dealt with or I’d call it out. She was medium built, white and brown hair.

The optometrist was very impressive! He was able to explain the “why’s” and “how’s” of my son’s visual needs thoroughly. He allowed my son to put on a pair of “trial glasses” to look outside the window, so he could read a sign across the highway. That was all the “proof” my thirteen year old son (Jacob J.) needed to get excited for his new pair of glasses! Thank you Dr. Daryl Condon!Thank you Mrs. Trish for helping me navigate through his insurance as well. I could not find an office within 100 miles from my hometown that accepted PeachState Health Insurance. I thought we would have to wait for months to get an appointment, but Mrs. Trish was able to get my son in within two weeks. Thank you!

The eye exam was good, but when I came to pick up my glasses they had lost them. They said they would reorder them and it would take up to another week. I asked them to put a rush on the order and they didn't ask if they could, just that it would take a week. When I placed the order, I asked if they came in blue and the lady said she would order the blue ones....they are black. I was NOT impressed in the least with my experience.

My grandma had eye surgery, her eye was getting infected, she just moved here and needed an eye doctor, and glasses,she wanted an eye DOCTOR to look at her eye, as it has been giving her trouble again,he came in, was EXTREMELY rude,also addressing (as in talking about them) other patients while talking to her,he didn't do any professional looking or imagery at her eye, he looked at it with his bare eye,and said "oh nothing is wrong with your eye, it's just drooping", that's what her original surgery was for. Imagine that. I bet it is. That's the whole problem here "doctor".Her eye has also been running intensely and oozing not to be too graphic, and it was doing those very things when she sat down with him and he proceeded to just take a look at it.Then because she was older they took advantage or thought they could at least, of her, and overcharged her,well she is not as old and dumb as they think, and they got caught lying to her insurance, as well as charging her out of pocket.She called her insurance, and the eye doctor literally had to pay her back, so that is literally scamming and fraud.Please yall be aware of everything they charge because if they payed her back that is admitting to fraudulent charges.Also, after all this my grandma called up there to try and get her prescription because they still owed her that, and the woman literally at the top of her voice said "OH MY GOD" and hung up in my grandma's face...I can't even begin to describe the anger at the level of disrespect just on her being hung up on, not even starting on the other stuff.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

Major price gouging. Charging almost $1300 for 2 pairs of glasses, that is with two insurances.

They're impossible to book with Every time I try to make an appointment online it's impossible call them in person And you'll be lucky if you get polite customer service It depends who picks up the phone and then If you're looking at to get an appoint Six months later do not be not even five minutes late Because they will not reschedule you.

Great experience at My Eye Dr from start to finish. After a less than stellar experience with a different eye establishment, I went in for an eye exam under the recommendation of someone and they were able to see me the next day. Dr. Cone was very thorough and listened to my concerns. I came out of this eye exam confident that my prescription would be much more accurate. The ladies in the front helped me choose an excellent pair of glasses and gave me the best price. When my glasses came in, they fit perfectly and the prescription was spot on. Would absolutely recommend them and Dr. Cone.

Me and my family drove 45 minutes to see the eye doctors. All we can say is the two eye doctors we saw they were super friendly the nurses and staff were awesome too. If your in the area on our word please give these doctors a try. It's well worth it. They also did a throughly job checking your eyes out completely some of the testings was our first.

Upon making the appointment the scheduler was very rude and explained the rules since my child has Peachcare. I told her I understood and he would be on time. Upon arrival I was told at the first desk (1st picture) that since he has Peachcare we are to go across the room and through another doorway and check in with another lady. (2nd picture) Thank you My Eye doctor. You’ve allowed me to have a much better understanding of how Rosa Parks felt at the back of that bus. ?

I had a wonderful experience! Everyone was so friendly and professional! Dr. Condon was great! Madison the optician kept me calm as I really get nervous during the eye exam. Madison, Lindsay and Brian were very helpful assisting me select my new frames and lenses and process my insurance. I would highly recommend them! Quick, easy and convenient!

This is very sad to report, and if I could've given a zero stars towards the ladies in the front area I would. This morning as I went in to just get my glasses adjusted, they had me wait in there where everyone was eating pastries. Nobody bothered greeting me or just say we'll be with you shortly. They all stood around talking and eating, and some started talking about their grandchildren as I sat there waiting. One young man came in my direction and said hello as he sat to his station. The women continued chatting and a few had the nerve to look at me and still didn't ask if I needed help. These are the most self centered, mean, greedy and talkative bunch of women I've seen in a work setting. I will never go back to that location and I'll be sure to take my family elsewhere. Been coming here for years but will never return. I could've said some mean things but I'll pray for them. God don't like mean and nasty. They know who they are....all the ones that didn't need the pastries ? oops, that wasn't nice!!! Neither were they

To say I am deeply disappointed with this business is an understatement. My son's glasses were originally ordered wrong because they did not include the bifocal on his prescription, they reordered them in May to include the RX but it is now September and my son still does not have his glasses. This is not the first time we have had issues with his glasses at the Statesboro location; infact everytime we order we have an issue. Due to his insurance this is the only place in our town we could order otherwise we would never come back. Everytime I enquire about his glasses there is a new story about why they are not completed. It is clear that my son and his vision means nothing to your company and I am deeply unsatisfied with the care we have recieved. My son is legally blind, wears a +8.00 with a bifocal and due to the negligence of your company and complete lack of competent employees continues to eecieve in adequate care. The Bifocal is to help strengthen the muscles in his eyes and improve his vision, this cannot happen with out his glasses. So in short My Eye Doctor has prevented his chances improvement. Does this company think it is a good business practice to leave a 4 year old in such a sad situation? The local office is no help and the ladies in optical are rude, cold, incompetent and have no place providing care to anyone. I want my my sons glasses and I want compensation for his suffering. I have paid for a product that I have never recieved and I am completely fed up with the poor standards of care the office provides.
