The kindest representative, Katie, helped me and she was so professional and patient with me. She resolved my issue efficiently and quickly, while ensuring I didn't have any questions or concerns. Being assisted with customer service skills as excellent as Katie's really made my day. Totally recommend this store and if you can, REQUEST KATIE!! You won't regret it!”

“Went in to trade daughter’s phone today for newiPhone. We were greeted by Jazz who proceeded to efficiently go through our options, advise on purchase, and explain new billing/ costs. We were treated with professional courtesy and J made the transition easy. It took awhile to transfer ( a lot of photos) but she called me as soon as it was finished. The only reason not 5 stars is because Verizon in general has had service issues lately. Statesboro store is new, well stocked, with people who are willing to provide service.”

“The best phone repair store ever!!! I went there because My phone wasn't charging because I had a minor thing stuck In it. The lady in there was so sweet and patient, she fixed my phone. But I told her I didn't really have any money because I am honestly a broke college student, she said “its okay you don't have to pay have a good day”.”
