I purchase a chair with ottoman for my bedroom. A few weeks after purchasing, I noticed the feet on the ottoman and the chair were not the same. I specifically told the representative that I wanted the ottoman feet replaced with the light colored ones. The feet on the chair were a light oak color and on the ottoman, the feet were a dark mahogany color. The representative told me she would order the replacements for the ottoman. When they arrived the delivery team took them out of the box and they were all dark. I sent them back and called to express my disappointment with the feet. I was told by the sales representative that they could be ordered but I would have to pay for them. I refused to pay. She said they could take the feet off another piece of furniture. I agreed to that. When the delivery guys brought them, they were still not the same color. I bought this to the delivery persons attention and he said they were close enough. I accepted them because I was extremely tired of dealing with this company. Good customer service should have paid for the cost of replacement. They have lost a valuable customer.

This company was so helpful when it came to helping me find a bed frame in my price range, style and, colors I was looking for. They answered all my questions and sent me a ton of different options to choose from! The ordering process was so easy with their help! Will definitely be ordering more from this company !!

This place treats you like family!! My wife and I purchased furniture there over 40 years ago. When Lee and Lloyd’s grandfather was there. My wife and I’ve purchased some more furniture there, and also a burning pellet stove, tables ect.. after building our new home in Nevils. Tonya was such a help to us when we were there purchasing our living room furniture. I still return there often to get pellets for my pellet stove/heater. Whenever I walk in they know exactly who I am. They never one time of all the times my wife and I have been there, did they push anything on us to buy! Or try to sell us anything.So if you are looking for furniture or anything for your home, go by and check these folks out!! They are the best! Tonya, Lloyd, Lee!Thanks for being so nice and helpful!! Buyer beware! Do not patronize this business! They are not a professional nor honest furniture company.My purchase with this establishment was a King Pillow Top Mattress on August 26, 2022. After a $200 store promotion, in total I paid $1,381.32 for two box-springs and the mattress itself. They were delivered September 2nd.A month later, on October 3rd, I contacted the store and spoke with an employee named Joe, and explained that the mattress was already caving in. He said he would send someone to come take a look. I received a call on October 11th from an employee named Willy and we scheduled the visit for October 18th. During this consultation, the indent measured exactly 1.5 inches deep, which is the measurement I was informed the depth that is significant enough to concede an issue. The business was slow to move forward from here. I was bounced around from associate to associate on several different phone calls so I visited the Statesboro store in person on October 21st.I arrived at 10:30 am and asked to speak with Melinda the sale associate that assisted me in the sale of my new mattress. Melinda was very apologetic, though I told her it wasn’t her fault; it was the mattress. Sandra, the owner had entered the conversation with Melinda and myself, in an unprofessional manner. She took the time to argue that it was my care of the 4 week old mattress that has caused the issue. I reminded her that I had previously owned two pillow top mattresses without ever encountering this issue. Eventually, I was offered to exchange my mattress for one of equal or lesser value. After looking through their mattress selection, I decided on one that was the same price as the one I previously purchased, but Sandra would not honor the $200.00 discount on that mattress nor refund the difference on a lesser price mattress.This business had the opportunity to admit their fault and easily remedy this situation. This should have been an easy and fair exchange of mattresses, but the policies that this business employs are not buyer friendly! Poor quality mattresses, slow service, rude owner; Caveat emptor!

LA Waters is the best furniture store in Statesboro. Many stores need to order items and you have to wait for weeks, but LA Waters stocks many items in their local warehouse. In addition, Tonya Boyd works hard to customize your order to your specific needs. Good luck finding someone to work as hard as Tonya to make sure you’re happy as a customer.
