I had an appointment at 8:00 this morning to have a recall done on my ram3500 as well as a oil and filter change and a tire rotation. It is now 9:40. My vehicle is still not in the shop. Why does the service center give appointments if they do not keep the appointment?

Thank you Jimmy Britt. More importantly thank you to Bubba and the ladies in the service department. My check engine light was on and despite taking my vehicle to 2 other dealerships, no one serviced my vehicle or told me what the problem was. Bubba took the time to explain what service was needed and how long it may take. Although, he didnt have a loaner for me. The turn atound tume was short (1 day). Their customer service is impeccable. I appreciate their effort and southern hospitality. They set the standard very high. Thank you again.

This dealer is my go to for all of my parts as well as my family and friends. As long as you don’t mind a wait the service department can get you in and out within the same day depending on parts status. I will definitely be going back for future service appointments!

(Copy and Pasted from my Google Review)My check engine light came on in my car, so after bringing my car to Autozone, I figured out the problem was the fuel oil switch. After this, I brought my Jeep Cherokee to the dealership to get it fixed. After waiting an hour, they told me they did not have the part in to fix it so they told me to come back later. I said that was ok and they told me it would take 1-5 business days to get the part, which was fine for me but I never heard back from Carson Ross (the technician) even after the 5 business day mark and it caused me to miss my sister coming back home. After many terrible experiences during my visit (including them trying to do a multi-point inspection and trying to charge me extra for it when I already knew the problem) I got my car fixed the following week at D&R intensive car care, which not only was able to get that same part in extremely quickly, but also returned it and reordered it again before I even heard back from Jimmy Britt about my car's part. Don't waste your time here. Go to a place of quality.

Do not go here, worst dealership experience that I had from sales and service. Save yourself time and trouble and go somewhere else. I purchased vehicle from all over the United States. This place is not where I would buy or get service. To start things off, the vehicle was not detailed when I was picking it up. Granted it was towards closing. Salesman did not do a walk around with me. When I checked my email later he gave himself all great reviews and signed my name. I don't think he knew that I would get a copy of it. I pointed to several imperfections and repairs that needed to be done. They never offered to do it at a later time. As I was driving it off the lot I noticed the windshield had snowflakes in it. Found out it was delaminating, they said I had to bring it in for service (I live over an hour away), then set up another date for an appointment for install. They ordered the wrong windshield it took them over 5 hours to tell me that. At that time I had to ask them more than a few time to detail the vehicle that was supposed to be done a delivery and fix some of the imperfections. That's fine, I got another appointment (had to ask several times when it was), and it took them over 4 hours to put it in and do service on the truck. To top things off I wanted it titled in my home state, once again they said no issues. Now come to find out, they do not know what they are doing once again. If you want your time wasted then go here. Save yourself and go somewhere where they value you as a costumer. Wish I would have never bought from here! I will change dealerships and will not be recommending this place to even people I don't like.

This is the 3rd time I have have not taken my 2013 Wrangler in for a repair. Last year was a ABS sensor, a few months ago the crankshaft position sensor and yesterday the oil pressure sensor. I had the codes for all from running a diagnostic scan for free from Advanced Auto. Jimmy B wants $140 just to run the same scan, and the $ does not even apply to the repair. I ordered the parts from Mopar each time and had Statesboro Tire and Brake do the work, I did the crankshaft sensor, 15 minute job. I understand if a car owner does not know what is wrong, but Jimmy B won't even give an estimate. Never encountered such with any dealership I have gone too.

Called about a Jeep 4xe their website that said in transit and the salesmen said "oh yeah it's actually on the lot". We were hesitant because we know dealerships will lie to get people on the lot, my husband emphasized to them we lived an hour and half away so it would be a LONG drive. The salesmen was very reassuring, he said he will get it ready and scheduled us a test drive for 2:30. We got to the lot around 2:20 and drove around and didn't see it, which got us worried. My husband went in and they said "oh yeah it actually sold in transit on Saturday" (4 days ago). They already had a completely different non 4xe jeep pulled up front which we are sure they were going to try to convince us on. He called the salesmen out who then lied probably 3x more contradicting himself. Not even a sorry, just kept lying. This is why no one trusts dealerships and salesmen. A waste of 4 hours of our day and gas. I know it's naive but I'm just so shocked these people will blatantly lie, regardless of how it effects the other people. Who knows what they would lie about to get a sale.Don't give them your business.

Biggest issue is lacking Communications. Dropped vehicle off for repairs on a Monday. Received a call that day that repairs would be completed the next day by EOD. After the first call no more updates provided from service department.
