“Placed my child's order since November. Called for status in December but was informed they were behind in getting orders out. Called again in February to check the status, Candice apologized for the delay & said it would be shipped out that day. Called back a week later for tracking & was giving a tracking that said it was delivered back in December which I NEVER received.Update: They resolved the issue!”
