Robyn and all of the other ladies who work at JEJ are spectacular. They always help us get through tax season and we have lots of questions and forms for them to look through. I have been using JEJ for many years. I live in Augusta, GA and it is well worth the drive. We scan our forms and email them ahead of time and then drive over and it doesn't take as long. I wouldn't trust anyone else to complete my tax return for me. I think she is fair with her fees, too.

My fiance gets his taxes done here every year, and every year something goes wrong. This year, he needed a transcript for college. The "specialist" insisted that his original return would be acceptable instead. It was not. Then, months later, the IRS could not find his return on file to send him the transcript. We have the receipt and tax return, but it hasn't helped. Seems a little sketchy when we have papers saying it was filed, but the IRS say they have no records of it. Dare I say scam..?
