Made an appointment with their service building to have my tires rotated and balanced sat there for an hour and found out they hadn't even looked at my truck yet, told me it was going to be another hour. I asked what the appointment was even for then, she said it was just to take down your information. Horrible way to do business I told them don't touch the tires and left.

Was promised a vehicle that I paid to reserve only for the manager to decide to sell it to another customer without any knowledge to me. Very disappointing and rude after I had already given all of my information and my credit was ran. They seem to only care about money and not customers at this dealership.

They took me in after 5 p.m. in the Quick Lane and Patch my car tire and got me back on the road. I had slim hopes of making it to my hotel room in Augusta but it looks like I'm going to be there tonight after all I really appreciate how nice everybody was taking care of me.

One of the worst car dealerships that I have beenAwful experience !!! I worked with a sales rep who initially ran my credit and quoted me numbers but after arriving at the dealership surprised me with a totally different quote. They have failed to follow up with and this is one of the worst experiences that I have had shopping for a car!
