Michael and Brian were excellent in their sales process and willingness to accommodate me with the vehicles needed. They help me get the options I wanted and get the price where it needed to be in order for me to obtain both vehicles. I am extremely impressed with the dealership as a whole and impressed with the finance department and how detailed they were.

This is the worst JC Lewis I have ever shopped at.I have probably purchased 7 brand new Fords in my lifetime. I was working with a salesman for 2 days on a used car. I was told by the salesman that I could not see it until it went through their inspection. After several unreturned phone calls I finally received a call that I could come see the car. I had an appointment and was told they were cleaning the car up before I got there. It took me exactly 1 hour to get there. Once I arrived I was told the car was sold after it was cleaned up waiting for me to get there. I would have been there on Monday if I wasn’t told not to come it wasn’t ready. This is not how to treat a potential customer. I don’t not recommend this dealership!!!!
