I despise phone or in-person negotiations when they can be avoided. It is more convenient to do the back-and-forth via email. That is exactly how Madison Cramer was willing to work with me for my recent purchase (some dealers still refuse to do this). We negotiated my trade value and purchase price and scheduled my appointment online.
The truck was ready when I arrived. All negotiations had already been completed (no surprise changes at the dealership), and all I had to do was meet with the F&I manager to sign my loan docs. F&I also threw no surprises and I was in and out in about 10 minutes.
This is the way to run a car dealer. Honest pricing. No surprises. And Madison was the sales pro you want to deal with.

Thoroughly pleased at how easy everything went. Stephanie Hughes is an angel! She never wavered through the month and a half long journey it took to find the right vehicle. I have never had such a positive experience and I am so thankful for all that she has helped me with. Highly recommend not only this dealership as a whole but also highly recommend asking for Stephanie. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Great experience. We drove 2.5hrs to see a vehicle everything was exactly as described by Ms. Minnie Cooper she is very very professional, one of the best sales agents I have worked with, no pressure at all but a fantastic sales woman the manager also a great man very professional they will do everything on their hands to find you the best deal for you, loved every step of the process if they had another vehicle I’m interested in I will not hesitate to drive 2.5hrs away to buy the vehicle from them. 100% satisfied, thank you Ms. Minnie Cooper

After a week of trying to purchase a vehicle with Jimmy Britt in Statesboro I have not purchased a vehicle but I have wasted my time.
I went in 8/10 to the Statesboro store to look at a truck that was listed online. After some time it was discovered the vehicle had been sold. I continued to look and found another vehicle on the website. This vehicle was at the Dublin store but the Statesboro store assured me they would get it brought to Statesboro. For the next several days I called and text with no responses from Brandon and Star from the Statesboro store. I finally called the Dublin store to inquire about the truck but was told the truck was purchased by the Statesboro store and in transit to Statesboro. I went by today to look at the vehicle only to be told they have sold it. I have been trying to work with Brandon and Star for a week with little to no response. The lack of concern for someone else's time is unexceptable. Will not be recommending Jimmy Britt to anyone.

Great place to shop. William white was who helped us and if we go back we will use him again. Great atmosphere and very nice. Made the process really easy and made sure we got in something safe for me and my children. Wish after buying the car everyone wasn’t so pushy about leaving a review cause the experience itself would have been a good review but that’s neither here or there. That being said go to Jimmy Britt you guys they will make sure you are taken care of and in the car you need.

5 Star experience. Madison is a miracle worker. She took a messy situation from a previous trade and worked tirelessly to find the right vehicle to satisfy my needs and many selfish wants. The deal she was able to work should not have been possible but she found a way.
Next, my least favorite part of the car buying process became a thing of the past. Byron stepped in and had all of the paperwork ready when I arrived. He not only had me out of there in record time, he provided me with answers to all of my questions going forward with the vehicle. An awesome individual, whose personality and knowledge made this process seamless.
Two weeks later we had a small issue with the truck. That's where the service team took over. Bubba and the boys were on top of the issue quickly and had me back on the road with no worries on my mind.
If you are looking for a group of honest and hard working people that will stand behind their word, this is the place. I have no reason to look to any other dealership. I found perfection right here in the 'Boro.

We were very impressed with the Jimmy Britt team. We were interested in one of their preowned cars but live two hours away. Kenny answered every question we had in a very timely manner and sent us videos showing every part of the car, but there was never any pressure from him. He's very personable, knowledgeable, and most importantly a genuine guy. Blake was great taking care of the financial end of the buying process. They made everything easy. The car was ready when we got there, Kenny met us at the door, and while we signed paperwork, they detailed the car. Such a good buying experience!
