FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!!! We drove 2 hours in search of a prom dress....upon entering the store we were greeted with a warm smile from a young lady that said she would find an employee to assist us. It was very busy so we expected this to take longer than it did...we immediately began looking at dresses in my daughter's size and within no time Mabel approached us. She accompanied us through the entire process and the never-ending try-ons as my daughter is super selective. Mabel was patient and offered great advice. In the end my daughter said YES to her dress, bought a comfortable pair of heels, and gorgeous pair of earrings. Mabel is an asset to this store and we are completely satisfied with our entire experience!!!!!

Walked in and the young lady helping us was kind & patient. We did have to get our dress altered and Frankie was amazing! Frankie did not hesitate one sec to help when I called and even went out of the way to make it convenient for us! The dress fits perfect! I will definitely drive back for our next event, Thank y'all!!

We purchased two of my daughters prom’s dresses from Frills. She got so many compliments on her dress for her Junior and Senior prom. They alterations were AMAZING too.

Best place to get your special dress for prom, pageant, or homecoming! Scott customized this beautiful red dress which added its own unique beauty that made it just what my daughter was looking for in a formal. You don't find this personal service anywhere else. Peyton has enjoyed wearing it to prom, crowning the next Teen Miss Okefenokee Title, and CCHS Homecoming Court. She said, " this would always be her favorite red dress!" We are planning a trip up now to buy a new dress from Scott. We can't wait to see all the beautiful dresses! Lanna Denison, thank you for recommending this outstanding dress boutique!

Frills is great -they are the best in the Southeast and the employees are super nice and accommodating. When my Mom purchased my wedding dress here in 2010 they helped me try on probably 30-40 dresses total with different groups of girls and were assistive in all the layers -the crinolines, veils, jewelry, etcetera! I picked the perfect dress - Just not the perfect husband haha- and it was the most beautiful ever -everyone said so.

Excellent customer service and lots of beautiful dresses to choose from. Jaylee assisted my daughter and helped her find the perfect dress for prom. She was very patient with my daughter and encouraged her to try on a dress that my daughter would have normally not tried on, it was THE dress! Wonderful experience!

I originally contacted this store approximately 3 weeks ago via their website “contact us” function to inquire about a specific dress my daughter wants for prom. I received no response.Despite this I decided to still attempt to do business with them. I looked on their website regarding hours and saw they were closed on Wednesdays. I had also attempted to call to confirm hours but no one answered the phone. On their website nowhere listed did it mention that they would be closed until January 2nd. So you can imagine my frustration when I drive over an hour from Savannah to their store to discover they were closed with a sign posted on the door.My daughter told me to see if they had a social media page and to see if it was listed there which it was. However I will say a business that has a website should keep it updated with correct business hours as well as respond to inquiries made through their site.

No response to an email request about a specific dress that I sent 3 weeks ago. Nothing on their website or google listing that mentions that they would be closed until after the new year. No answering machine or even a voice recording saying they would be closed when I called to see if they would be open. Really would’ve been helpful before I drove over an hour from Savannah. I’ll take my business elsewhere for my daughter’s prom dress

Very disappointed with our experience at this overrated store. We had bought a few prom dresses previously but very disappointed with my daughter’s wedding dress experience. They were very rude when the dress was tried on for alterations and did not demonstrate good customer service in any way. They made us feel like we were an inconvenience. They were not concerned if she was satisfied with the alterations, did not ask if we were pleased or have anything to say when we picked up her wedding dress. Very disappointing!
