Do not buy a used car from here. I got a car and a month later the brakes needed to be replaced, when I told the sales guy I got it from he stopped responding. Then found out later there was major damage to the trunk door and I had to get body work done to a car that I've had less than a year. Service department is great though

My daughter just finished a transaction for a new car. The salesman (Randy Fields), new car manager, finance manager and even the owner (Robbie Franklin) were extremely helpful, kind and patient from the beginning to the end. I feel we got a better deal than we would have gotten anywhere else even though we wouldn't have shopped elsewhere. I cannot recommend this dealership more highly as the service provided is what all businesses should strive for. If I moved from Statesboro, I'd still come back to Franklin Toyota for a new car!

This was initially a 1 star review and I had to make 2 trips from Glennville to get my truck’s issue straightened out. I own a few businesses and its hard for me to break away and wait on a truck repair so it did irritate me to have to do it. I changed the rating tho bc Nolan the customer service rep got me in immediately and while I was waiting Mr Franklin somehow found me and knew I was there and was a revisit. He offered to give me his cell phone number and said if you ever have problems again come let me know. The truck issue seems to be fixed which I could have gotten done anywhere else but customer service is hard to find. As a business owner I really respected Mr Franklin finding me and guaranteeing me Id be happy this time around. Every business makes mistakes but few fix them. Will definitely be back.

I purchased my first brand new car with Dirk back in 2021 and it was a great experience, so when my husband and I were ready for new cars, we came back to Franklin Toyota. I was involved in 3 purchases there in the past month. Overall, my experiences were great, and my in-laws, whom I helped negotiate for, also agreed that their experience with Franklin was excellent. My in-laws especially enjoyed their experience with Dirk because he is so easy to talk to. We really appreciate the knowledge and helpfulness of our salesmen (Randy, Dirk, Nate), the customer service of everyone we encountered (Sales Managers, Rusty in finance), and we all LOVE our new Toyotas (2 Highlanders and a Tacoma)! I will continue to recommend Franklin Toyota to anyone we know wanting to purchase a vehicle!

I am in the market for a new Toyota Sequoia and came across one at Franklin Toyota online. The exterior color of the vehicle they had was not my preference but nevertheless, the customer service and price negotiation was very easy process for me. I did not make a purchase this time but I will return if they have the right color and vehicle specs. The staff at Franklin Toyota at Statesboro are top notch in customer service. Even more impressed was the non-aggressive follow-up by the staff and the owner to make sure I was satisfied. Keep in mind that they already offered me a good deal. Franklin Toyota has demonstrated the core values that I experienced from a dealership in Virginia Beach when I purchased my new 1998 4Runner Ltd on 10 October 1998. They were responsive to my needs and worked hard to ensure they met it. Having serviced my 4Runner in several Toyota dealerships in NY, VA, SC, AL, GA and TX, I am both surprised and impressed at the same time. I have become accustomed to the arrogance of the sales persons and being taken advantage of, defrauded, disrespected and many other things by Toyota dealerships. In one or two instances, hoses were unplugged, not enough oil added during oil change, overpriced services, etc. The worst was when I was told by a Toyota dealership that they could not locate the keys to my vehicle after service. Luckily, I had a spare with me. I am hopeful that I can one day make a vehicle purchase from Franklin Toyota. You represent the Toyota brand very well. Keep up the fine work, Franklin Toyota!

I would give zero stars if I could. Right up to management. Pulled a bait and switch on my family. We drove all the way to Statesboro from Savannah (an hour drive) after they told us a price we were willing to pay. When we got there they increased the price by over $3000 dollars. Even called us to confirm we were coming and didn’t tell us they were going to increase the price knowing we lived in Savannah. Just awful people and management.

Took my 2021 Camry Hybrid in for its 35,000 mileage service couple of weeks ago. Have a tight schedule between work and medical appointments. Called that morning for appointment. Was amazed that they said to come that afternoon! Service was completed in around 30 minutes with rotation of tires and multipoint inspection. My first time at Franklin Toyota for service in many years, but will definitely be returning!

I don't recommend anyone to give this place any service! I went in on 10/14/2023 to purchase a vehicle I had been talking to a salesman for 1-2 weeks and he was aware of me coming there on today but since another customer arrived prior to me getting there they sold the vehicle to that customer according to the salesman, it was his at his manager discretion to sale it! I wasn't given any kind of heads up or phone call not to come and I traveled 45 minutes for nothing!

I can't thank this place enough. Needed a radiator replaced ASAP as I'm a college student and it's my only car. Service department was friendly and helpful every step of the way and had me back on the road on time and at a fair price. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about their customers!

Mr. Adam Williams recently sold me my 2018 ford raptor. To say great service would be an understatement. I had 2 vehicles to trade in and Mr.Williams went above and beyond to make the buying process as easy as possible. Thanks to the good people of Franklin Toyota!

This dealership was once the best place for service but now is maybe the worst. Nobody answers the phones. They are dishonest. And have stopped offering coupons. The staff is all new and woke. You do not recognize anyone anymore and the service department has gotten messy. Much more but don’t have time. Don’t waste you time or money on a dealership that does not care. Because this one clearly does not.

I have been waiting on a refund on my gap insurance Since June 6th. Just to be told by the insurance company last week that they never filed it with them. Spoke with the sales manager because you can never get the finance manager on the phone. Just to be told they mailed the check out on July 27. Well here it is Aug 3rd and still nothing and get get the finance manager on the phone again. I only live 26 miles from them so it's not taking a week to get to me. Salesmen are great the finance department needs some help.

I took my 2019 Highlander here twice for a service and voiced my concern about my rear hatch not working correctly. Both times they “checked” it they couldn’t find the problem. I just took my car a week later to Pitts Toyota in Dublin and they diagnosed the problem with my rear hatch within two minutes and fixed it the next day when the parts came in. The fix was covered under warranty and apparently I have had more free services on my account but I have been charged every time I’ve taken it to Statesboro to get it serviced. Very disappointed with the service department in Statesboro.
