BUYER BEWARE Had a deal set with Darrel financial all set with Hailey and at the last minute when we called to confirm pick up in 2 days were asked "oh didn't the manager call you? We made a mistake and sold it to someone else." What BS !Didn't even offer to make it right. DON'T TRUST FRANKLIN

The manager bill was extremely rude on several occasions never answered the phone whenever I tried to call him or when my insurance tried to call him it took a week to get a hold to him too personal visits to the facility and for phone calls and a whole week before I got a hold of him or my insurance company got a hold my insurance company had to make multiple phone calls and multiple emails then when he finally calls us after having a car for the week he gets frustrated calls me has a huge argument with me over the phone and then refuses to fix the vehicle which apparently he was told didn't even need to be fixed because it just need it was going to be totaled but chooses to instead of sending an email to the insurance company as requested to call me and get a huge argument with me then when I tell him I don't want to speak to him anymore and speak directly to the insurance company he harasses me with long huge paragraph text messages up until 9:30 10:00 at night at this point I have to threaten to call the police to get him to stop calling me and texting me I've tried reaching out to the general manager of the facility and have yet to hear back from him I strongly advise anybody that values integrity and in customer service and values not to use this individual if he can't even admit to making a email late how can we trust him with the integrity of the safety of our families and our vehicles

These folks are the best! We had a deer strike coming home from vacation. Franklin Collision's excellent service helped us with the insurance. They were friendly and responsive in a stressful time for us.

If you buy a vehicle from this location, hope you don't need their assistance after your purchase because you won't get it. Especially if you are owed money and need help from Julie Alvarez. I am due a refund and I have been calling the dealership since July. In October, Julie told me they had the money and that the check would go in the mail on the 18th. I provided her with my new address. I called her the week of Nov 1 because I hadn't received the check. I called her multiple times and she has not called me back. I spoke to John, the Good morning!, who said he would email her and call me back. It's been 3 days and I haven't heard from him either.

I am always happy with my experience at Franklin Chevrolet! I bought my vehicle from Rebecca. She has been absolutely awesome! She is 100% straight forward & trustworthy! I will never buy from anyone else! My rental needs are handled by Lanora & she has the personality of an angel! She's just precious! Fred is my go-to for all things mechanical. My Elantra was fixed and redamaged and You know what makes me so angry is the manager was so very rude to my husband. Please don't use Franklin Collision in Statesboro Ga. They repair my car then while they were fixing my car, they dented it. Then wanted to argue, the manager was very mad, over it even said they was not going to fix the damage they did. Thank goodness for the pictures I took right after accident it proves no dent when we dropped it off. Plus they also took pictures... In the end, they finally said they would fix it. The manager never apologized.
