So I bought a 2015 Chevy Impala on January 27th. Went for an oil change, I was told at that time I needed 3 new tires, the ones on the car had wire showing. I asked how much he begrudgingly got an estimate for me $850!!! I asked if they could come up with something more reasonable I don't have that much extra money on hand or maybe I could make some payments. Did not care would not help me. I left. I was scared every mile I had to drive. (I got two tires at R \u0026 R Express) Don't know why but now my car smokes when I crank it up

Took my car in for oil change and recall work (which was going to take “about 1 minute”). Spent 2.5 hours waiting even with my appointment. My car interior was returned covered in oil. It was on the steering wheel, drivers seat, passenger seat, trim work and carpet. This is actually the third time that this has happened. The service manager actually cleaned my car himself last time. I will no longer be using Franklin. I love that they took such amazing care of my $85k car.

BUYER BEWARE Had a deal set with Darrel financial all set with Hailey and at the last minute when we called to confirm pick up in 2 days were asked "oh didn't the manager call you? We made a mistake and sold it to someone else." What BS !Didn't even offer to make it right. DON'T TRUST FRANKLIN

The service team is extremely nice and works around my schedule the best they can. They are up front about charges and are helpful in trying to get me the best deal they can offer on parts and service. I will continue to use them even after the warranty expires.

If you buy a vehicle from this location, hope you don't need their assistance after your purchase because you won't get it. Especially if you are owed money and need help from Julie Alvarez. I am due a refund and I have been calling the dealership since July. In October, Julie told me they had the money and that the check would go in the mail on the 18th. I provided her with my new address. I called her the week of Nov 1 because I hadn't received the check. I called her multiple times and she has not called me back. I spoke to John, the Good morning!, who said he would email her and call me back. It's been 3 days and I haven't heard from him either.

I am always happy with my experience at Franklin Chevrolet! I bought my vehicle from Rebecca. She has been absolutely awesome! She is 100% straight forward & trustworthy! I will never buy from anyone else! My rental needs are handled by Lanora & she has the personality of an angel! She's just precious! Fred is my go-to for all things mechanical. I can relax knowing i am going to be treated with honesty & respect! I appreciate these guys so much! A plus!

This should say it all! When someone is telling you that they had a great experience..and your response is to contact you and your sorry they had a bad experience! THEY DONT LISTEN AND RIGG YOUR PARTS! Good luck and double check their work if your crazy enough to go

They do the job right. Friendly service They are helpful if you have a question. Right now though with the shortage of personnel it took a long time for an oil change and tire rotation Said 1.5 hours but was more like 3 hours even with an appointment
