The sales lady was extremely laid-back and somewhat lazy. I purchased a certified preowned with 11,000 miles on it when I went to pick up the car I found out at that particular moment there was no spare key. They also detailed my car and left out the floor mats, it took me 2 1/2 months to get something done about the floor mats. The sales person continuously told me one story after another Until we finally had to go over her head and go to the manager. The manager so far I’ve been satisfied with, but the sales staff suck

The team at Franklin Chevrolet in Statesboro has always been top notch. They always accommodate my scheduled service for my truck on my time and the wait times are always reasonable. I would highly recommend them to take care of your vehicle.

Yes. I have been dealing with this dealership since 2014. I have purchased 2 vehicles my ex wife 1 my daughter 1and my fellow soldier 1. I have been allowing them to service my vehicle since. Until three ago when they damaged my vehicle while inservice and no one said anything. It took them almost a month to repair it and then used up all my gas. They gave me a loaner and I had to fill it upon return. But when they painted the door. They left my 2023 filled with particles inside the cab of the truck. I had to clean it. Yes they and stated they cleaned it. But to their satisfaction not mine. I was very disappointed. If you take your vehicle there check it before you depart because it could be you next. Thanks Franklin for everything and I want be returning

As always the folks at Franklin come through with a winner. I contacted my sales agent Ajay that I was in the market for a 1500 with V8 as I needed the towing power. In no time, the team at Franklin had several viable options and all with great rates and prices. As I’ve purchased from them multiple times, they knew where I wanted to be in the deal. Closed the deal the day I was given the numbers and continue to get great support from them all. Hats off to a great Franklin Chevrolet team!!!

It took 2 1/2 hours for them to run a diagnostic check for two items, where I told them what was wrong before I even made the appointment. Charged $99.95 for that. The prices to fix the two items were high. The parts recommended were about 50% more than those at Advance or Auto Zone. I asked how long the repairs would take but haven’t heard back so I don’t know if the $500 estimate for labor is on target or too high.

Quick service, very trustworthy, and above and beyond professionalism. I worked with Paul in the Service Department to get some work done on my Chevy. He was very knowledgeable about potential issues before getting into it & was able to get it fixed the same day. I would trust them with any future repairs and won't take my car anywhere else!

Excellent customer service from Mr. Victor. He was extremely patient, courteous and kind during my auto repair that was delayed due to shipping of parts. Mr. Victor consistently communicated to confirm any additional needs and charges in advance. I will definitely return to for any of rental needs.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Franklin Chevy. The salesman, AJ Chavis is outstanding. He listens to the customer and does everything he can to make the sale as easy as it can be. He is well educated on the vehicle that he sells and, I recommend him to Anyone purchasing a vehicle. He is not your average salesman. He genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to know the process from start to finish.

Top notch service dept...I always get the date & time I request to get my vehicle serviced. They drive me to a restaurant or store (of my choosing) & pick me up & take me back to the car lot when I call them. I usually have a nice, leisurely lunch with a family member or friend while they service the vehicle. The driver is always courteous & professional. It is because of this quality of service that I travel 60 miles to Franklin (where I purchased my vehicle) to get my vehicle serviced, rather than use the one nearest my home. Kudos to the Franklin team! ?

I came in for a patch job on a tire at 4:10 on a Tuesday. I waited an hour for my car to be done which I thought was a long time for a fairly simple fix. The cashier was very rude when I asked if my car was almost finished. She was less than helpful even trying to find out if it was done. She was more concerned with talking to a coworker than helping me. I walked outside to ask the service person if it was ready and saw it just sitting in the parking lot. I have been a loyal Franklin customer with car purchases and service for more than 10 years and I have been very disappointed with the service I have received the past few times I have brought my car and my husband’s truck in. If things continue we will not be customers of Franklin anymore.

Best Service I have ever received at a GMC or CHEVY Service Dept. The Technician met me at the entrance, noted my SUV details and showed me to the waiting room. Within 30 minutes my SUV oil change and tire rotation as well as vehicle inspection done!!!What a great Team!!!!Thanks Franklin GMC!!
