They do the job right. Friendly service They are helpful if you have a question. Right now though with the shortage of personnel it took a long time for an oil change and tire rotation Said 1.5 hours but was more like 3 hours even with an appointment

We had a great experience with Franklin. This was our first Chevy. AJ searched for our truck and had it delivered within the week. We were visiting family when we looked and came back the next weekend to pick it up. Super friendly finance guy too.
