Worst shipping company I've ever had to deal with if I could I'd choose to never use FedEx. Again worst shipping copy ever there employees are the absolute worst employees items always missing or damaged don't let it be a name brand box I'm done for I'll never get it been on hold for an hrs never spoke to anyone with FedEx

This is getting ridiculous. I have lived at my address for over 5 years. We do not receive regular postal mail here. I live in a apartment complex on campus For all five of the years, I have been ordering medication for my dog who has severe skin allergies I usually get 2 boxes of stuff. The dog medicine in one box cause it ships separately. And then the other stuff, I get dog food treats, whatever literally every month or every other month. I get the whatever stuff. The stuff that really doesn't matter. With no problem, then the next day when the medicine comes, it never makes it. It either gets returned or I have to end up waiting sometimes up 2 extra weeks to Get it because they try to say that my address doesn't exist. Or there's no apartment number when there is, it's just a certain driver. I guess that doesn't feel like coming where I live. I know they have g. P. S all they have to do is. Type it into the maps, and it will pull up. Exactly where the house is, so there's no excuse. To not know where it is, it's ridiculous. It literally happens every month or every other month at the least, which causes my dog to have to go without her medicine for days or weeks. And if she misses one dose, she scratches, Until her skin bleeds I order it on time so that I don't run out. But it's impossible to get it on time. When they say that they don't know where the address is or it's address. It doesn't exist when all they have to do. Is type it into Google Maps? There's no freezing in this day and age that somebody should say that they cannot find an address. It doesn't even make sense. So once again I got the stupid dog food yesterday with no problem. But the medicine that I've been waiting on that. My dog's been without already for 3 days That was supposed to get delivered today by 2 o'clock is now on its way back 2. The shipping center and I'm supposed to wait till Monday and hope that they can find the address. Then which it may or may not get here if it doesn't. It might end up getting returned 2. The sender, which has happened many times And then i'm gonna have to wait another 2 to 3 weeks And hope I don't get the same driver that may return it again. Something needs to happen with this. It's ridiculous. I could see if it happened a couple times 1 or 2, but we're going on like 30 times that this has happened or more. What the heck the drivers that you have in Statesboro? Must not be too bright. It's ridiculous. This needs to be fixed. I really do not want to use fedex anymore because it happens so much

If I could give zero stars I would. Was supposed to have my newborns special formula delivered but the package has been “out for delivery” for 3 days now with one update saying “weather delay” although it was a beautiful day with no clouds in the sky… absolutely ridiculous

Located in Office Depot where there was little to no help from employees.. Ended up just leaving and going to USPS and sent it priority mail.

Everything I receive from FedEx arrives very late ie; frozen pet food arrives 6 days after being shipped completely thawed and unusable. Most shipments are damaged. I am constantly having to return to sellers items that arrived damaged. This only happens with FedEx. UPS and USPS seem to have no problem getting shipments to us on time and intact!!

Fedex has the most uncaring support team. They have no phone numbers to get help except one 800 number which is answered by people that could care less.

Honestly the worst mail delivery service in Georgia, maybe the entire country. More times than not, this FedEx in Statesboro fails to deliver our packages. This time, it was a delivery to some other home. I have no idea where and I'd bet they have no idea where they delivered it, either. There is an open investigation, thankfully, but it was supposed to take "up to" 24 hours. It been longer. The only time we have received any contact from them was very early in the morning. They did not leave a message. We called them when we woke up (we are on a night shift schedule), the person said they'd call the person who called us and find out and call us right back. They didn't at all. Its Wednesday now. The package was supposed to delivered on the 19th or 20th. Well it was put on a truck for delivery on the 19th(apparently the drizzle put it on weather delay). On the 20th, it was sent out and sent back claiming the address was wrong. YOU CAN GOOGLE THE ADDRESS AND IT DROPS A PIN RIGHT ON US! On the 21st, they delivered it...somewhere!It's a gift from my parents, probably perishables(they really like food gifts). So if it is food, it has probably gone bad by now.It shipped from just outside Atlanta and got to Statesboro just fine. Statesboro then seems to have lost it. USPS and UPS can find us with almost perfect accuracy . FedEx in Swainsboro can find us. BUT apparently the FedEx in Statesboro can't. I've been patient. I've tried going through the system, but that barely leads to anything.The worst part of this is not getting a choice to use FedEx, because if given the choice(as long as I live in this home) I would never choose FedEx to deliver me anything. What if this was more important then a present? What if this was some person's medicine? The service they provide (at least for our home) is down right terrible. It would have been far easier to take a 6 hour round trip to Ellenwood and picked it up personally. Instead we get incompetence.Is FedEx not training their drivers? Is Google Maps banned? Are these drivers being paid enough? Is my home concealed by ancient magics? What is it Statesboro FedEx? Why are you chronically incapable of delivering a package to me?
