The 5-6 time that you can drop off packages is a little ridiculous. Especially when their web page says 8-5. Do better FedEx.

Pending 2 packages to be delivered (16th and 17th of April). 1 package; 3lbs 9ozs shipped on 4/12/2020 at 12:05am from AZ. The second 5lbs 6ozs shipped the 13th. Expected delivery date of 4/16/2020. 16th came around, nothing. 17th received an email stating that the package had been “loaded onto the truck“ at 5:05am and was “out for delivery”. At 10:45pm on the 17th; what do I receive, another email saying “delivery not attempted, scheduled delivery for next business day”. (Thus I’m blowed bc now I have to wait until 4/20/2020 to get my package). Well; today (4/18/2020) I get notification that the package had been loaded back onto the truck @4:35am and was “out for vehicle delivery).I call customer service thinking surely I could be helped. Instead; “I’m so sorry, COVID-19”!! Now lemme just tell ya something, I completely understand that shipments are taking longer due to unusual circumstances we’re facing, but EIGHT/NINE DAYS to delivery two packages (and the last scan point onto the truck is 40miles from my house) is utterly insane and unacceptable!!! Thankfully, the business uses UPS as well, thus giving me the ability to compare the two companies.Needless to say; UPS is giving FedEx a beat down right now as they have delivered EVERY PACKAGE to my home, in FOUR DAYS MAX!! Most have only taken 2-3 at most!!!Also guys, let’s

Package was put on truck at 5:30 am for delivery Friday...never showed up... update stated due to bad weather...Friday was a perfect day...no rain..nothing...called FedX and they stated they would call me back within two hours to try to explain what happened...also stated would be delivered today... Saturday...no call back and no deliver...This is not the first time...horrible customer service as well as delivery..

this is one of the worst shipping company i have had dealings with they leave your packages in the pouring rain ruined my package it was soaked all the way through thank you fed ex for costing me over$40.00
