Never heard of a dealership where the customer has to hunt down financing.....and physically go to banks. Shouldn't the financing department do the leg work? Downside of using no-name small town dealerships

I would give it 0 stars if I could, I didn't ask how much the oil change would be before and they ended up charging me $120 which is way over priced

A new rev1ew...my older Honda needed a new starter (after 15 years I am not surprised)...I dropped the car off after hours and it was ready by 3...and they spotted a fix I new I needed and they did that for me as well along with beating a Honda dealership by $500 on the price. Top marks all the way around! These folks are my "go to" shop for all of my cars. Thanks Express!!!

Usually my Dad changes my oil but this time I had to come get it done myself. For this being the first time I had to do this they were super nice and accommodating. They did not push me to buy things I didn't need and they even remembered what kind of oil I said I needed over the phone. Super duper nice and I loved their waiting area. Couches were comfy, decor was nice and I liked the Georgia southern university corner :) love love love

I was visiting Statesboro over Thanksgiving weekend & my vehicles's tire light came on. I checked with another place in Statesboro for a courtesy tire check & they were too busy to help me. I told Brian D at Express that I am from out of town & I just wanted to make sure my tires were safe. They were very quick & my tires just needed air. It was a relief. If inflation didn't correct the light, then diagnostics would be needed & the price was clearly explained to me.

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars! Express Tune & Lube is one of the best businesses around! My daughter is a college student so I wanted to make sure that she communicated effectively what needed to be done to her car. My daughter would have been in a hurry, dropped off her car and called me to let me know how much the bill was. She is a very responsible young woman, but since I am paying the bill, I wanted to make sure all bases were covered. The check engine light had been on for a few days. I knew the car needed an oil change, but wanted to make sure there was nothing else with the check engine light on. My daughter had called another place in Statesboro and they quoted a price of $80 to change the oil. She almost went there because it would have been convenient to drop the car and cross the street to have dinner with friends. When she told me it was $80, I asked her if they were putting gold in her car and for her to run as fast as she could from that place! I called ET&L and spoke with Seth - AMAZING customer service. He did offer a synthetic oil change, but I told him I preferred the synthetic blend. There was no question and he provided the service I requested and even the synthetic was no where close to the $80 charge the other oil place wanted. After the oil was changed, the check engine light went off. My daughter had also recently been in an accident. After the check engine light had been reset, she noticed the temperature kept reading "ice" or "38" when temperatures outside were in the 80s. She took her car back to ET&L and they were able to indicate that the wiring from the thermostat had not been reset during the car repairs. The staff at ET&L called me, provided information and made sure that my daughter's car was completely fixed. It is comforting to know that when 3 1/2 hours away, there are still honest people Doing Right! in our society! Thank you for taking care of your customer and giving this momma peace of mind knowing you treated my daughter like she was family. Bottom line - do your own research because sometimes relying on reviews can be misleading.

I drive a 2019 Honda Accord and only paid 40$ for an oil change and filter! Better than anywhere in Savannah, or statesboro and didn't take long at all- staff is super sweet!
