Went to get my nails done today. Was probably the worst experience I have had. I have been coming to this salon for about 10 yrs now every time I come into town. The guy who is the owner was sooo busy on his phone doing his stock's that he could have cared less about my nails or my experience at all. My nails look terrible ? then had enough nerve to ask if I wanted my pedicure because that is what I was going to get aswell but after the whole nail incident I was like nope. Not now or anytime in the future. Do not go here. An definitely don't let the owner do your nails.

I normally go once per month to get a pedicure. I am a 65 year old male and I do this as a monthly treat to myself. Today, I took my daughter along with me to get a pedicure for her birthday. The technicians were very professional and courteous.

I always bring my toddler with me to the nail salon and all of the staff are soooo helpful when she fussing and moving around ! the service from the two girls I've been too has been amazing as well!!

I love this place and I have been going there for so many times and everybody is so nice and their work is phenomenal. Never had a problem with none of my nails breaking off nor have I had any problems about the paint! Definitely recommend!

Got my nails done yesterday, and they are already chipping today. I get SNS every time I get my nails done and this is definitely the worst application I have had. Not to mention that all the staff is rude. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Got my nails done less than a week and a half ago and within 5 days one popped off so I went to get it fixed. 3 days later 4 more came off so I went again to get them fixed this week and I left with super thick, horrible looking nails. 2 days ago 5 more popped off. I will never come back to this nail salon ever again. Not to mention the salon is insanely dirty, dust every where, nail clippings all over the floor. One of the dirtiest nail salons I have ever been to. One guy that worked there was laying in the massage chair picking his nose and there was a lady in the back sleeping on the eyebrow beds. The most unprofessional salon. $75 down the drain for horrible looking nails that didn’t even last me a week and a half. I will be going to the nail salons in Atlanta like I have been doing in the past since their salons are much cleaner and Atlanta salons do an amazing job on my nails. “Elegant nails” , more like atrocious nails.

I've been going to this salon for a while now and honestly, services are hit or miss. My nails always look nice when Andy or Josh do my nails and they are always kind and personable to me. On December 22, I had my nails done by an obviously new technician. The young lady with glasses at station 15 is very sweet and gentle but she took 10 minutes just to remove gel polish with the drill. Being new, I know she needs the practice but her services should be discounted until she meets better standards. She left me with bumpy, unevenly filed nails (even after I brought this to her attention) that are extremely thick. On top of that, I noticed after leaving that she didn't go all the way to my cuticles so it looks like my fresh manicure is already a week old. Andy, please check this young lady's work before allowing her to continue and please discount her services so people do not complain. I notice that no one responds to the critical reviews here, only the positive ones. Please respond to your customers no matter what review they give. Many of us want to return to your salon but we want to be assured that we won't have any more issues. We have a choice of salons to patronize and I'll be returning to this one but I prefer to stick with the techs who do the best job even if it means waiting longer for them. Please start accepting appointments so I can book with my preferred technician!

I've recently moved to Statesboro. I'd had the same nail tech in Sav for 13+ years. This is the 3rd place I've tried and I finally found someone that compares to what I'm used to. My niece suggested I ask for Tia. Great suggestion because Tia is awesome. She's friendly, detailed and does as asked. I also asked for a polish change on toes and Koo did just as I'm used to and provided a mini pedi before polishing. As of now this is my spot. Thx Tia & Koo.Services: Nail polish changes

I love the lady that did my nails last Tuesday and I wasn’t able to catch her name but she did an excellent job on the Minnie Mouse design they look so cute and she was so kind and welcoming that I hope she will do them again someday I love that she took her time doing it

I liked this nail shop before this morning. I went this morning for a pedicure, and the women who work here are jealous. I was their an hour and still was not served because they did not let the men service me. 3 people had come in after me, and they were serviced with no problem. They expected me to wait on one of the WOMEN to finish with another client. One of the ladies came over and threw a towel over my legs because I had on a dress. I made her take her towel back. I know how to be a woman with a dress on anywhere. I walked out because I felt disrespected and humiliated by the staff. I will never go back there.
