1st time visited I was immediately told they were to busy to take care of my request. I didn't state any timeline for the repair. Was willing to drop the tire off and pick it up later. They referred me to a different repair center. 2nd time I walked in, a couple months later, no one came to the counter. Waited 15 min and walked out.

Rented a uhaul from TIRE KING.... had no other options unless I would have picked up from Pembroke. They charged for fuel when I returned it exactly as how I got it. The answered the phone in an unprofessional manner. Next time I will drive anywhere even Savanah to rent a uhaul rather than going back there. If you need a uhaul get one from anywhere but this place.

My brother got a tire change here and when they took off his spare it was slammed into his trunk which broke the bottom of my trunk and when he called the guy just said ok? And hung up the phone. Don't go here ever

Staff can learn some customer service. I noticed they are extremely friendly towards the women. But when a man needs assistance they make them wait for a long time and their attitude sucks. They also need to hire more experienced people to work for them. They told me I had to drop my car off and come back at the close of the day just to install a radio in my car. It only takes about an hour to do it. So I just bought the parts and did it myself.

VERY RUDE!!!! I called for a estimate on a sound system and the guy that worked there hung up before I could even finish answering questions and wouldn't answer the phone when I called back!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Please update your address and hours of operation! My parents drove from Emanuel county only to to be told by a stranger that you have moved to a new location as well as eventually finding the location to be closed when your hours of operation says that you're open on Saturdays until 6pm. That's unacceptable! 40 minutes of unnecessary traveling for nothing!

King is the best! I had tire issues with a 3 axle boat trailer at 4 o'clock on a Saturday. He closed at 3:30 but stayed there and worked on the issues I had until 7:30!! Great young man!! I will recommend him every chance I get. A great person. This country needs more like him. Thank you King!
