Mike is a very unprofessional person. Very unpleasant guy with fake teeth trying to belittle his PAYING customers. Everyone in there is unhelpful. With their bad reviews, they should try harder to actually provides solutions to their customers instead of more obstacles.

My daughter, a college student, was in an accident Easter Sunday night. I called my insurance company Monday morning. I did my research and called around to find out when she could bring her car in for a quote. The "preferred" place for insurance couldn't fit her in until the end of April (for a quote) and it would "probably be next month" (May) before they could make any repairs. Not an option! Craig's Collision Center is across the street from my daughter's apartments so I called there and another place across town to see if she could get a quote. After speaking to Craig for 3 minutes, I knew I wanted him to fix my daughter's car. Craig is not only a nice man, he has integrity and treated my family as if we were a part of his. While it was unfortunate that we were in a situation to need bodywork, I will always rely on Craig's Collision Center for any work on our cars. I'm a raving fan!
