Very expensive. My car takes conventional oil which they did not have. I ended up bringing my own oil and filter. They charged me $45 just for labor. Also, despite their sign that every oil change gets a free car wash, I was told I could not get one because I bought my own oil (again, because they did not have conventional oil there). I will not be going back.Service: Oil change

Their customer service was great. However, during my visit for a routine oil change they managed to strip the plug to the oil pan. Putting in a temporary plug and then using Lock Tight on it, I later found that because of their negligence, it is going to cost me the replacement of a new oil pan ranging in a repair of over $600. Buyer beware.Service: Oil change

A routine oil change costing more than I bargained for. Customer service was great. However, during the maintenance, the technician managed to strip the plug for the oil pan. They replaced it with a temporary and used "Lock Tight" to secure it. On my next routine oil change I was told they could not do the work and that I had to seek out another mechanic who would re-tap the threads on the oil pan. On servicing my car the new mechanic told me that the temporary could not be removed and I needed to replace the entire pan (over $600 cost in replacement) and to top it off the Castrol techs didn't replace the air filter unbeknownst to me. Buyer BEWARE.

This use to be a great car service spot but the last time i visited they took over an hour for a wash and vacuum and there we're hardly any customers there. They're also jacked the prices up.

They could pay more attention to detail. There seems to be a lot of new employees doing the detailing and you can tell.
