These guys are always so helpful! We’re very impressed with their customer service since moving here. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is they update their systems at night with 1 hr warning and I work graveyard doing healthcare from home

I called the other day due to problems with my email only to learn that it had been taken down with no ample warning or anything. Was unable to retrieve any of my important emails such as MD appointments and other pertinent information that I heavily relie on. When the young lady came back to the phone she just said sorry but that service was no longer available and hung up the phone. I was shocked and I'm left in disarray.

I am an admin team member for East Georgia Regional Medical Centers, employed physician practices. I’ve had the pleasure of working on special telecommunication projects with Bulloch Solutions. They have been phenomenal to work with. Their assistance is unmatched and always supportive. I would like to highlight three of Bulloch Solutions professional team members Todd Von Waldner, Alex Morris and Josh Kyle. They assisted this week with a special urology project and were both proficient and efficient. They provided the most professional service, and we are excited and prepared for go live.As Always Thank You Bulloch Solutions!

We’ve had all good experiences with Bulloch Solutions. They have provided excellent service at our home and businesses. We recently had an urgent request due to a break-in at one of our business locations, and they showed up the same day to install a new alarm system and set us up with new cameras and sensors. The whole team is great to work with and they’re a great group.

Great Customer service in 2023 seems to be very hard to come by.I had an amazing group of team members that came and rewired my business recently and I think the world needs to know the quality service that I received. Alex Morris, Blake Lanier, Josh Kyle, Mike Kersey and Todd von Walden did an awesome job.Thank you for your hard work and dedication to the customers in Bulloch County, GA. Excellent Customer Service!Alex Morris was professional & courteous onsite! He checked all contact points (inside & out) and conferred with his tech team counterpart via phone. "Solutions" were discovered and implemented efficiently & effectively in < 24 hours of placing the service order. That is fast! Teamwork + Customer Service get high marks from this household!

I literally live 3 miles from Statesboro and 5 miles from Ga Southern University and they will not provide internet at my house. I have never spoken to anyone. I get the same standard answer texted to my phone. “Sorry we do not service your area. Call Vyve or Frontier to provide your internet”. Vyve or Frontier do NOT service my area. They are supposed to be a “solution” for rural communities, yet no one has even attempted to drive out to my house to at least look to see. And the thing is, I just moved to Statesboro from Toccoa, Ga, which is 30 miles from any large town and we had fast internet with a great company. Yet 5 miles from a major college university is considered out of their district? I work from home and I’m a single mother. Our lives depend on my job and of course having internet. I never imagined getting it would be my biggest problem when we got here.
