Totally misleading and awful customer service. Applied and paid for a lease. Two days later on the day of delivery called the store for an update because delivery was scheduled between 2-4, called the store for an update 30 min passed the scheduled delivery time. I was put on hold for 10 minutes. Finally hung up and called back and the young lady working hung up on me twice. I drove 35 minutes back to the store to be lied to about being placed on hold trying to be transferred to store manager! Totally unprofessional not to mention rude when a honest update could have saved a drive and a sale. Not the way to do business Especially When you’ve taken someone’s money!!
