Ashley and Pam have provided exceptional service on my 2004 Toyota Avalon and my 2999 Metcedes Benz. I live part time in Georgia and Las Vegas and no matter what the issue they get my vehicles serviced. They are very honest and fair. They don't try the typical scare tactics like most shops to get you to repair something unnecessary. By far the BEST auto service I've received in Georgia in years.They value you service and makes you feel appreciated.

I had to call Billy’s today for a jump start. The man who came out to my place in Guyton was so kind, caring, and super efficient. He had me up and running in no time and here’s the best part: HE WAS ON TIME! He arrived at the time I was told that he would down to the very minute. Since my husband passed away, little things like this tend to seem overwhelming and hard to deal with, but he made it easy. I’m so grateful for the assistance of Billy’s Imports and Tow Service. Thank you so much for driving all the way from Statesboro to help a lady out- I appreciate you!

I had such a pleasant towing experience with this company that I had to leave a review. I was in a ditch in the middle of nowhere (Clyo if y'all know where that is) at night. I called my roadside assistance and they told me it would be about 90 minutes for a tow. James called to let me know he was on his way, and he made it even sooner than the 90 minute estimate. He was so nice and I felt safe with him. Thank y'all for the help!

This is the best towing company in Statesboro. They are so friendly and the customer service is exceptional. They went above and beyond getting my vehicle to the dealership and then dropped me off at work. I can’t say how much I appreciate their hard work.

I highly recommend this business. We are new to the area and my Honda broke down. I found them on maps and called and spoke to Pam and immediately felt they were the ones to fix my car . And they did , quickly and affordably.Great place and people.
