Best Friends has the drop off process perfected. From the moment you pull up till you drive away it is amazing how smoothly it is. We have 2 Labs--Findlay and Effie and a Yorkie named General MacArthur. We drive from Guyton to Statesboro because the staff is great and we can’t say enough positives for Dr Debbie and Dr Card! If you need a vet, you won’t regret going to Best Friends

New experience. You wait outside until called which helps your stressed fur baby as they know it’s vet time! The vet explained throughly about my cat’s health. Totally recommend this veterinary group.

Words cannot express my gratitude. I was taking my baby to a different vet in Statesboro. She is diabetic and has been struggling. I tried to talk to the vet because she kept falling down and acting weak. I asked to have another glucose curve done. I thought she was getting too much insulin. “Let’s try this” seemed to be something I heard a good bit from him. He threw pain meds at her and said she probably has arthritis. Yes, she does, but that’s not what it was. He wouldn’t listen. Every time I talked to him he spoke down to me like I was an idiot. He almost killed my girl.
I called Best Friends and told them about her. Her glucose levels were so low she was having seizures. The kind lady listened to every word and immediately got her in. Dr Card called me. He explained what was going on with her and the long journey that we now have because she was getting too much insulin for so long. All weekend, Emily talked me through what I needed to do to keep her levels regulated. She’s back to herself. Barely on insulin and playful. My babies have never been in better hands. Thank you all the staff there. Especially Dr Card for his knowledge and bedside manner!

Love Dr. Costner she is very thorough and answers all my questions rite away. The staff are so nice accommodating giving you a warm and friendly welcome every time! The cleanliness is definitely a plus!!!

Absolutely amazing staff, they went above and beyond for me. I wish I could remember the vet techs names but she a gem . Today just wasn't my day everything just wasn't going right. They brighten my day with kind and courteous they were to me. They also we're very gentle with my puppies and I really appreciate that thank you so much .

Rescued my dog and brought him there. They did an amazing job handling him, getting him what he needs, and making sure he was able to maintain his health. They also have a friendly staff that is able to answer the questions you ask. Very convenient with the drop-off visit aswell.

I love the staff at Best Friends! They have taken such excellent care of all of my fur babies since 2007. Many have laughed and cried alongside me depending on the situation. My pets are part of my family and I trust Best Friends to care for them as they would care for their own.

I called late afternoon in a panic when I found out my kitten was sick. The receptionist was so calming and caring for us before we even got there. They fit me into their already busy schedule as a new visit and gave me so much help for Kitty. They even gave her a toy and a whole bag of treats! The entire crew was amazing and so careful.
